I think this is the forum it goes into? I'm not sure!

I had a past life regression recently with a woman named Catherine and wanted to share it

Catherine was just a joy to talk to on the phone. Before I called her I burned some incense (meditation and divination, sage and dragonsblood and mugwort). I took a shower and used my lavender shampoo and my ritual soap.

Catherine was lovely and nice to talk to.. really put me at ease quickly. We chatted a little bit about health issues and more. She told me I pick up too much from other people and I'm not getting rid of it properly. So she told me how to clear myself of other people's negative energies.

Then we started the guided meditation for the past life regression. I won't go into all the details about that but some of the things I saw and found out...

19 years old and I was standing in front of my house. Small but cute with a tiny yard. Well kept and made of dark brick or stone. I was wearing black ladies' dress shoes and a pale yellow dress but it was chilly. Went inside the house and it was empty. Stairs in front of me and to the right a dining room.. to the left a sitting room. I didn't know where my family was.

20 years old... was working at a hospital. I was really inexperienced. Not a lot of training but I prepped needles and such. I was tucking in the sheets on rows and rows of clean beds. we only had a couple patients but we were expecting a rush in only minutes. We were at war and we suffered some sort of setback. We were either attacked unexpectedly or we suffered a loss in a small battle we thought we'd win.

21 years old... I'd veered away from nursing. I had interest in something else but I'm not sure what. I was at dinner... large table... with several people. My father was there and a soldier my father wanted me to marry. I wasn't against this idea. We were all pretty upbeat.

Then the wedding which was very simple... rushed because my fiance was going away. He was flying out and I worried about it. He was in his grey uniform. He was tall.. broad shoulders.. short light hair. I was very nervous but happy. My hands were shaking and my little sister wouldn't shut up. She was quite a few years younger than I was.

We tried to jump 10 years into the future but it didn't work. So she took me to my 'death bed' which turned out to be by a river at night. I was taken there in a car. Very unpleasant :/ My husband had already been gone for sometime... never came back from one of his flights.

Regressions can be so cool!

When I read this, this "dream" of yours came to mind:

Do you think it could be connected?

There could be many other of your dreams connected as well. Remember all of the hospital/doctor dreams? There were three or four, if I remember correctly.

Oh, and this dream as well! ---

Yes! so many of them are connected in some way.. it's interesting. I'd like to have another regression someday.

One different thing is Catherine said she felt I had some sort of connection with England. I'm wondering what that is about.

Ive been thinkng alot lately about having someone regress me through hipnosis since my meditation skills are far below par for such a feet.

The other night at my job I was talking to this customer who is everything from a shrink to a documenter on Aliens [suposidly hes done a show or two for the Discovery channel], the subject of past life regresion came up. Then he had my hopes up when he said he could regress me, only to have them dashed when he said he wont.

I asked why not, all he had to say was that its not neccesary, and the past is relevent to find out where Im going.

Alot of the reasons he gave for this did make sence but,,, I have to strongly disagre. I think for some it can be vital to know their souls history if not just to help them make the rite decsions so they dont have to be continualy living in a spritual loop.

What are your oppinions on what the good doctor told me? Especialy you Ra!

Oh yeah, he also dashed my hopes again when he told me of a good shrink in the city who specialises in regresion,,,,,,,,,,,she does it for about 2000 dollars a pop. WHAT A RIP OFF! If you have money flowing out your yinyang you two can be regresed for the low,low price of only a few grand. Bolocks to that!

Magus!

I would certainly never spend 2000 dollars on it! I doubt I would even spend 200! I think I spent 20 or 25! I had my regression done by a retired minister who was doing research for a book. He asked for nothing but a "love offering".

There are some who would tell you that it is unnecessary to delve into your past lives, some who would say it is unwise. But I believe that if you feel the urge to do so, then you should pursue it. Regression may only help you to uncover bits and pieces, but those little bits and pieces can be very significant in helping one to understand at least a small portion of why we are the way we are. I know I gained much from mine.

Keep looking around for someone reputable that does not charge much. They are out there!

Those who charge that much definitely have ego agendas the size of the Pacific!

Ra's right, find a more humble, connected person!

Thank you much Lunargirl.

Thats completly the way it is to . That lady in the city probably does have alot of tallent and experence but Im sure shes atleast holding back alot of her potential to develop her work and skills more if she ddnt charge for it. Especialy those prices.:

This profitable charging and especialy over charging is also whats heavaly hinderd the succes of the conventional psycology.

such a shame
