If anyone could help with this I would really appreciate it. I looked up the word horizons which adds up to the number 37 and then reduces to the number 10. Does that mean the compound number is 37 and the single number is 10 or 1???? How does this work? I'm using it as part of a business name. 16=7 + 37=10 + 21=3 + 13=4 If I can use the 10 the compound number is 24 which is great. If I have to reduce the 10 to a 1 then the compound number is 15 which is still good but not great.

Thanks to anyone who can help solve the mystery.

Welcome Sky_HBR!!

In Chaldean (Linda's) numerology, each name must be reduced unless it equals 11 or 22 - 10 will reduce to again to 1. The only exception is if the whole name is a single number. In this case, all numbers should not be reduced. My program below can help speed up the process of finding a name for you

But honestly, 15 is very good - a magnetic name would be very good for business would it not? Also, the better the karma, the more you have to be aware that things will come very easy, and hence be on your toes to appreciate EVERYTHING. This is just a small warngin thought - but I believe there is a number that Linda said should not be used "knowingly" for a similar reason (only assigned by "chance"). Can't remember what that was though...

Dean/o.

Thanks for the link to your web site. It does make the calculations easier! I imput the name into your program and came up with the number 24. It seems it didn't reduce the 37 from 10 to 1 - Only to 10. Any ideas on that?

Woops, sorry, I didn't know my program had a bug! Oh NO!!! I may fix it sometime... I know it guards against the 52 problem (everything above 52 reduces again), and I'm sure it reduces twice... I'll look into it.

Sorry again,
Dean/o.

WoooooHoooooo! I've fixed the bug! Now there shouldn't be any errors...

Just a quick rundown:
p=8 and n=5 right?
ppppn ppppn = 37 + 37 = 10 + 10 = 1 + 1 = 2
therefore this has to equal 37 + 37 = 74 = 11
(this works)
however
ppppn ppppn p = 1 + 1 + 8 = 10 - which also works
Linda Goodman works - her 45 rule

This new "p-n" rule would've only been affected by 7 numbers (get the irony) anyway - which wouldn't have occurred much ie 37, 38, 39, 46, 47, 48, 49. Everything else will naturally reduce.

I'm sorry that there were errors in the first one though! And thanks everyone for the thanks!

Go for it again Sky_Hbr! Now try to break it!

Dean.
