recently stumbled onto site.have read all lindas books many moons ago.fave has to be gooberz,will be good to discuss physical immortality etc without people thinking i m nuts,been on the road to p immortality for many years know afew of the pitfalls, oh yes there are afew.takes constant awareness of your thoughts and actions and the courage to be different from everyone else.anyway hello to all.IP: Logged |

hello..cancerianMoon.. where to start!...you have to know that its possible not just believe it but know it.
then you need a p immortality philosophy.in other words change your habbits and beliefs from the rest of the population...most people are digging their grave with their teeth.
purification is the name of the game...
1....physical
2....emotional
3....spiritual
you have to heal yourself on all levels.do whatever it takes .agood book is"BREAKING THE DEATH HABBIT" by leonard orr,which explains exactly whats involved.
some brief examples
...eat lightly
...regular fasting e.g one day a week
...excercise is crucial preferably yoga based
...prayer,meditation,mantra
...occasional solitude...
...plenty of healing...
in other words whatever it takes .you have to heal the past completely and dont let pollution build up.AVOID ALL STRESS...you dont need me to tell you stress is the biggest killerof all.
be very carefull who you tell or talk to about p immortality.other peoples negativity can be a disaster
most important of all HAVE FUN do what makes your heart sing and have a mindset that has absolutely nothing to do with the rest of society.if most people can live to about 60.....70 if theyre lucky while drinking,smoking,eating meat,watching t.v. then the possibilities are endless if you really put your mind to it.

Welcome ka huna boy It is a wounderful feeling to discuss thoughts like theese here. I wouldn't miss the chanse of immortality. I'm too curious how the world turns out!
