At all times, some more than others, when I concentrate, I hear a high pitched almost sqealing noise....Like the sound the TV makes when it's on but with no picture....when I meditate it will rise in pitch...sometime to the point of pain. Also I can see sparkles.....in the daytime and outside it's almost like little dancing white spects of light. At night it like the cow-caught-in-a-snowstorm-effect that the TV will get, but only indigo and purple in color. I had asked if anyone has any idea's what these were in the oranges forum, under daf's questions....but I figured this might be a better place to ask about them since daf is very busy and I have asked him questions. lol, it's someone els's turn to bug him = ) just teasing.....anyway....if anyone has any thoughts on what is going on I would really appreciate it Thanks

Hi Radna,

Could be lots of things, hard to tell. I see lights too, but different kinds. I've read it could be just part of your psychic energy, like in Kundalini rising. Hope this helps.

I can see auras of plant life... not just all the time, but I have to focus (actually more like UN-focus) on them. As time has gone by I am able to see them more quickly. I have noticed when I'm in a park with a lot of old trees between the auras (which to me kinda look like heat coming up off of the black asphalt) I see little white balls of light floating between the trees. I've only seen this with trees, no other plants. I've always wondered what it is. Any ideas?

If I am understanding your description correctly, the dancing sparkles are common, everyone can see them. They are caused by the cones/rods in the eyeball, but I am not much for biology and do not remember much about why this actually happens. Do a web search and you can get more information. Maybe try Lycos' HowStuffWorks, look for "sight" or "eyeball". Or a science/biology site. The high-pitched noise is common, too -- though I had never heard before of it rising in pitch through meditation. Interesting!
