I hope someone can help me.

I tried to Astral travel a couple of times this week but to no avail.Nothing happened.
I used to astral travel in the past but now the method I use isn't working anymore.
I got the method from www.spellsandmagic.com/astral2.html

Is there an easier way?

Yang-

Have you tried to visuallize white light entering your body as you inhale and allowing yourself to be one with the light? This method works for me. Just remember to clear your mind and focus on the silence.

To tell you the truth I didn't astraltravel lastnight as I was too tired to think about it.
But I will do it during the week.
