I have read the posts about the 7th house and how it has been said to be informative as to how many marriages you will have, over and over again..I've gone to astro.com and pulled up my chart and TRIED to understand all of this. I am not a stupid person, however, this is just not clicking with me..the lightbulb over my head has YET to go off, for over A YEAR now. Yeah, I've tried figuring it out on my own, off and on for over a year. But, it is still not clear to me. I am REALLY interested to know what my 7th house shows for me in regards to marriage. I recently had a coworker who is knowledgable about tarots and such, to notice one of my hands one day while she and I were talking. I use my hands alot when I talk, moving them around and stuff, you know, talking with my hands...and she grabbed hold of my right hand and looked at lines on and around the palm. She exclaimed "Did you know that you are destined for 3 marriages?" Supposedly she has studied that there are lines right below the pinky, on the side of the hand, that will show your marriages. I've never heard of this before... which is what brought me here, as I remember several posts about the 7th house and marriages. Could someone PLEASE look at my chart and tell me what, if anything, that you see in my 7th house? I honestly have tried to understand it, but for whatever reason, it isn't coming natural to me..maybe I am trying too hard to understand...I'm just uncertain and really would like someone who actually knows what they are seeing and reading to tell me. I have never heard that you could predict how many marragies you will have with the 7th house. I just know that the 7th house rules your first marriage, and if you remarry, you move that ruling house over two houses. So if you remarry, that marriage is ruled by the 9th house; your third by the 11 th house; and so forth.

My take on the houses is that the flavour of taht house is what's in it. I don't necessarilly believe you can tell with certainty what your future will be through the stars - even with great amounts of info you will only ever learn what influences there are - not certainties. http://www.annabelburton.com/astrology_houses.html has a brief description of the houses, and it does say that the seventh is partnerships and marriages etc, so I'd be thinking if your seventh house is libran, then this will be the flavour of the partnership. I can't exactly interprate a relationship through this definition, except to say if you're in one, maybe you could relate? I personally have Gemini in my seventh which I also can't really translate as I am a Gemini so how do you disinguish it? I guess the patterns and overall feel would be considered Geminian - lots of talking, travelling, playing etc, but then what about your partners seventh house? Maybe the relationship here is what should be looked at? You know, I really think you should purchase Relationship signs by Linda as it goes through EVERY combination and is very accurate.Best of luck and love,
