Please help here! Scenario; Let's say you are not supposed to think of a certain something. For example, we will use lemon trees. So you don't think about or look at lemon trees for a long time. Then all of a sudden, without forewarning, you have a dream of a lemon tree. The dream makes you ponder why you dreamed of it, if you're not supposed to think of it? Then during the day you're driving, and a truck next to you has a sign on it, of a lemon tree. Then you turn on your TV and right away there's a commercial of a lemon tree. Then, someone you know stops by and gives you some lemons. It keeps going on and on. Of course, the lemon tree is an example, as I don't want to say what it is publicly. So ~ my question, why does the Universe keep throwing clues and signs in your face, of lemon trees, if you're not supposed to think of lemon trees?????????? IP: Logged |

Ok. Now I am going to cry. I just went to a website that I normally peruse (it's like a news website local to my area), and what is there. The words, Lemon Tree. (Of course not those exact words, you know, but the real thing I won't say). Why, why, why?! Do I need a psychiatrist? OMG. Nephthys edit: scratch that smiley face in the upper left hand corner! You know, I kind of think this is God's sense of humour telling you there is no reason not to think of something. Unless it's hurtful in which case, maybe there is an unresolved issue that should be dealt with.Best of luck, Dean. IP: Logged |

OOOooh honey - I know exactly what you mean - I've had my own 'lemon tree' signs pop up ..alot recently.I'm not sure what lesson I'm meant to learn from this, since I've done my very best to leave this Lemon Tree behind, but I have a feeling I'm going to encounter it again soon. I read your second post hun, and it made me wanna cry & laugh at the same time .. no need for psychiatrist. Will mail you when I get a chance IP: Logged |

Perhaps it is a soul test to see if you really mean it that you aren't going to think about lemon trees. I have read that we set up systems for ourselves this way. This kind of thing happens to me too.IP: Logged |

Thanks everyone for your delightful replies and support. I am getting ready to go to work so hopefully I won't encounter any lemon trees today If I do, I'll try and figure out what the Universe wants me to learn/know/deal with. IP: Logged |

I wonder if it has anything to do with really making peace with something, rather than just shutting it out? I experience it every so often as well, and that's the only thing I can think of (that's sort of positive).Angela IP: Logged |

I just did my transit search on Solar Fire, and Jupiter is currently opposing my natal Chiron! "This can be a painful time during which you feel hurt by someone else's actions or by an external event. You may feel that you are being forced out of your comfort zone and required to grow in ways that you would rather not. It is also possible that this current pain has triggered memories of childhood hurts, which you had hoped to bury. While this is difficult and can leave you feeling quite powerless at times, you would do well to face the situation and move through it with strength and courage. Of course you can always ask for help from compassionate friends or professionals. Your challenge is to heal wounds from the past which may be subconsciously inhibiting the full expression of your talents now. Believe it or not by the end of the transit you may even be thankful that you have been presented with the opportunity to discover new treasures." IP: Logged |

My "lemon tree" experience was from, I believe, trying to deny how powerful this "tree" effected me. I was forced, over and over again, by synchronicities, to revisit the "lemon flavor". It was tart and unpleasant and wanted to move on. The universe is on my side forcing me to deal with it now rather than later. Peace be with you, DeeIP: Logged |

Thank you for your reply Dee.My lemon tree reared it's ugly head just yesterday! Thank God that it hasn't sprouted any little trees. One of these sour things is enough in the world! I'd hate to have to try to make that much lemonade! -Irish IP: Logged |

Yes I agree, sometimes things will pop up over and over until we face them. There is almost always a conscience issue around these situations. It is something you don't want to face. However the only way to dissolve this is to think hard about the issue and your role in it. Do that and it will dissolve. That's a promise. Though be brutally honest with yourself or the lemons will keep on your way.Good luck. Gia IP: Logged |

That ALWAYS happens to me! I always have lemmon tree dreams, but I like them a lot, they're fun . But I guess we're not talking about the same thing- all of the sudden I'll have a dream about a pink elephant, and the next day, a person will talk about dying an elephant pink.------------------ "Out of your depth or not, it's up to you whether you sink or swim."
