My 21st birthday is coming up next month and you know what that means.
It's means that it's my third Saturn Seven Cycle.
I am not comfortable with the notion that a spirit is to 'invade' my body temple every seven years.It sounds as if it is invading my privacy.And the worse thing is one doesn't know exactly if it is a higher or lower spirit than the one residing in you at the moment.I suppose if you are enlighten, you would know,but I am not.

BUT perhaps my biggest fear of this cycle is how do I know if a spirit has come and resided in my body at the SSC time?
What events,thinking proceess tells you it has come?

Invade isn't the right word. It's only done with the free-will agreement between the two Souls. And that doesn't mean it will happen--just that it can. It has to do with Soul growth and experience. The earthly you-of-you remains the same. If anything, you'll benefit in some way by having more and better opportunities via a new interest or desire to pursue something different, but probably there will be no noticeable change. You could always choose immortality, and then you get to keep the same Soul.

Yang,
During a period ~after a time with my twin I noticed significant changes in my own maturity- even family members commented. I give credit to my partner, who gave me a completely different outlook on life, & advanced my spirituality that lead to a completely different 'me'. I'd normally call that growing up, but I knew it was more than that. Early memories of things I'd normally remember felt like they were erased. Don't be mistaken, I still have a full picture of my history, but a lot less actual memory. And besides that, nearly all interests, tastes, likes & dislikes werent the same at all. I remember, positive things were happening too, I was understanding things so much more rapidly than normal, gained a deeper perception and honestly, I am more loving. Overall, I felt more comfortable within myself, and one thing I know- completely in my essence that my love for my partner changed, into something wonderful, beyond what I felt before. I found him all over again

I am not sure about the saturns seven cycle.
But not a single cell in your body will be old in seven years. Each cell will be replaced by a new cell.
Its a scientific fact.

True, IAmThat, you technically have a completely different body that you had 7 years ago- on a cellular level that is. Except though, the eye. The cells, not sure which ones exactly but they stay the same.
