Philosophy of Judicial system by Me: In a judicial court you have a judge, a prosecutor (that presents the case) and defense (that defends the case).
Lets say I am a lawyer by profession. Question is its impossible for me to be certain that I am on the side of truth 100 percent.
I think it must be taught to lawyers to not fight the battle of truth or false, but fight on the basis of evidence, or facts and then reach a conclusion on that basis.
I was wondering, how many times Truth wins this way? Who is keeping a score? What is the karmic of the lawyer?
Also, I was wondering, that if you only have defence, someone has to take side of procecution. Each side provides arguments and counter arguments and then reach a certititude.
Such paradoxes are inherent in this Material world.
.... well would add more after my return..
