just some thoughts....

i know the following very well may be an unoriginal idea, but i honestly haven't read anything about this. and although i haven't read any of the literature about grail bloodlines or davinci codes or anything, it seems that there is a lot floating around here lately about alien races and such.

so here's my thought:

was Mary perhaps implanted by a higher alien lifeform with her baby Jesus? is this the origin of the "virgin birth"? is it possible that her dream of an angel telling her that she would bear the Son of God was in reality an alien implantation?

until now, i haven't given much thought to all the alien theories abounding...just reading here lately, especially the balmoral castle thread in the lexigram forum, i've found my mind spiralling toward these things.

does anyone know if this theory has been explored? it would seem to explain the concept of the virgin birth, and the healing abilities of Jesus, as well as a number of other mysteries.

this would appear to connect to the mysteries of dna as well. a related subject may be found in the film "The Fifth Element" in which a human body is constructed from the dna of a single fragment of an alien body. these were alien people attempting to help save the earth from a malignant force who were almost destroyed completely before they could accomplish their mission. the last of their kind manages to save the day by providing the fifth element of love.

i'm sure i'm way behind in my musings here; i wonder if there is any similar thought out there.

I was reading about the Lady of Gaudapule and it seems with that apparition millions of Aztecs converted.

Till then Aztencs used to sacrifise sometimes as many as 80000 human a day.

Everything has a rhyme and a reason.

Ofcourse theres still more mystery. I have got a book about it and would update you beautiful knowflakes with what I think about it.

Yeah, "Fingerprints of the Gods" talked of a gray haired man which travelled the ancient world. He was described in many countries. I think he might've also been called Thoth or Osiris - this theory dated back a loooong way. As for Mary, who knows. She could've been abducted and impregnated. In the end, you could still say it was God's plan, so it all works out hey?

Dean.

Hello,

Not sure about Mary being impregnated by aliens, though I read years ago that a word translated as "virgin" was wrong, and it actually meant an unmarried mother. I'm not sure though. But Jesus's healing abilities are something we can all do. Remember he told us we can do everything he did and more. And many before and after him have those same abilities. I guess it comes with a certain amount of cosmic knowledge. The great metaphysics, for wonderful things, beyond the explanation of physics.
There are lots of books that speak of people being able to heal on touch, particularly in India, amongst some of the most reknown Yogi's. And the Immortal, Mahavatar Babaji, who was said to have burnt a disciple on the shoulder, to save him from suffering a more severe karmic debt of being burnt alive. He then promptly healed the mans shoulder, so that the skin was as good as new.

I remember reading a book on Atlantis by Michael Tsarion, that spoke of humanity being created by evil aliens who have since had the world in chains. For a while I believe the possibility, until I started searching around his affilate sites and realised most of them don't believed Jesus existed. I had to cut it off right there.
But it would make an interesting movie.

hi and thanks for those thoughtful replies...

by no means do i actually believe in the alien theories.....i've never given them much thought. reading some stuff on the alien theme in connection with other ideas simply led me to wonder whether someone had proposed this idea.

agreed Dean -- it all works out the same...this "higher" power of which we speak appears explainable in many different lights.

and merlinesque, i've heard elsewhere too that Mary's title of virgin was a mistranslation. and what you said about healing abilities existing within us all, as a kind of 'cosmic knowledge' is perfectly well put.

isn't Babaji wonderful? i love the way he can manifest karma that way. the art of healing is a great interest of mine...on so many levels. do you have any further thoughts that you'd like to share? i think it's one of the biggest components of Jesus's life.

Merlinesque - John 14:12.

quote:
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

One of the best quotes,
Dean.

Amen sesame, a fantastic quote if ever there was one!

Hi Saffron, I've never been more into Jesus and his teachings than I am now, since reading about Babaji. Reading about Babaji, helped me to better understand what Jesus was about and how and why he did some of the things he did. For example, when he died on the cross, I don't know for sure myself, but I have read he did so to save his loyal disciples from their own negative karma. That he bore their pain and suffering instead. Jesus could easily have avoided such an ordeal. Apparently, any guru or Master or Yogi, whatever we choose to call them, will often lessen the burden of their disciples karma. Jesus obviously knew what he was doing, though did he know his body would rise again? I think he did.

When Jesus walked on water, he had already surpassed earthly limitations, he had escaped maya, and he was in this world, but no longer of this world.
I was also sent a newsletter from www.jhershierra.com which mentioned a book and short paragraph from it, mentioning how when Jesus was a child, he made some clay birds, and then breathed life into them. They flew away at his command. A perfect and beautiful example of how Jesus and other Christ-like people before and after him are able to precipitate anything at their will, through the Divine power inside them. A power we all have, and one day we will all hopefully be in touch and in harmony with.

Here it is: "When Jesus was five years old, he was playing at the ford of a rushing stream. He was collecting the flowing water into ponds and making it instantly pure. He did this with a single command. He then made soft clay and shaped it into twelve sparrows, he did this on the Sabbath day as many other boys were playing with him. But when a Jew saw what Jesus was doing on the Sabbath he immediately went and told Joseph, Jesus father; "See here, your boy is at the ford and has taken mud and fashioned twelve birds and has violated the Sabbath." Joseph went there, and as soon as he spotted him he shouted, "Why are you doing what's not permitted on the Sabbath?" But Jesus simply clapped his hands and shouted to the sparrows; "Be off, fly away and remember me, you who are now alive!" The sparrows took off and flew away nosily."
