Everyone has psychic abilities, everyone has the ability to tap into any force they choose. From sensing events to channeling your higher s-elf.
Some have it more exercised than others, that's all, our birth right is unlimited in potential.To practise my precognitive abilites, in a day to day manner, for example, when the phone rings, I feel around to sense who might be calling, and the first person that pops into my I head I think for a moment, and everytime I do this, I get better and better at been accurate in guessing. I do this with email, and faxes...I even guess when a client is trying to contact me. Me and my partner will play number guessing games. And the more we practise the more we get right! It's also good to practise visual images. On the train home for example, I will look in a direction, and close my eyes, and try to re-make the whole scene in my head. That's excellent too for memory, and psychic abilites.
Personally, I've found it helps remembering dreams. Does anyone else have personal experiences with the like?  ------------------

Hi Neokitty! That's something I've never really thought to do, but of course, it makes perfect sense now that I think about it. I kinda tend to forget that the mind is a muscle not much different from all the others, and just like the other muscles, it get's stronger with excercise. I am going to tell you one of my secrets. Begin to send messages back into the past, to yourself. It will feel funny at first, but keep at it, make it a habit. Tell your past-self what is happening in the present. Try it once a day or once a week, whatever ... but really think about what you want to say, or picture it (images work great), and then focus on your past-self and put the message into your past-self's mind.As you do this, the process will make more and more sense. You may begin to think about time and precognition a bit differently, and you will be evermore open to receive. It is working for me.   IP: Logged |

As I was reading your advice I knew so well that would have an effect, I think I know what you mean because...One time, I remembered the 'past' me, which in essence is still existing, and I remembered a situation I was in and I actually tried to tell my self 'then' the outcome, so I wouldn't feel so bad. Besides that, I can see how it would open you up to precognition, yes! And the new perception of time will follow. The future me would already know what will unfold, if I just open up to receive that information! And it will be an everlasting cycle, continuously giving information to the 'past' me and receiving information from the 'future' me. That's so beautiful really, thank-you Ra

I see what you mean on several levels. Years ago I started writing a book. I called it "Essential Sensuality". I still have't done much with any of the concepts I touched on, but the simple act of writing it really transformed my thinking processes and opened me to truly feeling and beyond that, believing what I was saying. It solidified the thoeries I had been only conceptualizing. In a section, I spoke about how during a certain stage in our evolution, it is so difficult to grow into who we want to be, and we make a lot of mistakes which are integral to the learning and growing process, but are horrific to our feelings of shame and societal images and desires. I spoke in a present voice, to the girl I was, with what I knew now, and it really did turn the shame around. After all, what do I know of shame? It had its place when defining how we catewgorize things, but its place isn't needed in the grand scheme. I healed this when I spoke of it. I internalized it and manifested it, and it spread to those long-overgrown, tangled areas in my emotional garden. I see splashes of vivid colours now. Blooms, and i keep the creeping vines in there, it is synergitstic.. one persons weed is another person's champion.. it depends upon others for support, it has learned to adapt and that's just okay sometimes. My great lesson as well.

NeoKitty, you understand it very naturally. Do you also see that you are experiencing the effects before the initial cause? ... it's a time-bender, and a mind-bender, literally I suppose. You are smack in the middle of an infinity of time loops, much like a living wormhole or singularity ... a living time-machine. Thank-u pix for sharing your peepers and boobies and bits!  Hi Ra. Definantly a time-bender. Our consciousness does direct it all as I see it in the following sense. LIFE
TIME
SPACE
ENERGY
MATTER That's like in order of seniorities. We actually control this scale, but alot think it's the other way around- that environment controls us, which it does if you think so. Time is just something that molds the Universe until it gets interfered with by life. I see time as a sort of like bands- infinite. In a sense you can see this more like a play ground for the higher-consciousness, except you wouldn't treat it as such, rather you'd use to gain autononmy of your own mind. Have you noticed telepathy is not effected by neither time, space, nor matter? The message is instant, taking no-time. So I guess it's that same as sending and recieving any messages from the mass-consciousness, or your higher-self. My partner has told me this story thousands of times, to make a point- now that I think about it, I knew what he really meant. But anyway- he explained he was on a train when he was about 20-something and he was in army uniform, as he was in the army intellegence for quite a number of years, anywho, he noticed another strange man starring at him with a suspicious look as he was flexing his muscles and and biting his lips. Right down the other end of the carage on a busy train, very hard to spot something lke that. My darling instantly felt a huge premonition that his life was severely in danger. And when he got off the train he felt this strange man behind him, but he didn't look back, he just knew. So he kept a swift pace and ran down a side-alley, when he got the the end he saw the strange man there, waiting for him. So he quickly did a 180 and ran back, across the highway and fled. The strange man, he believed was holding some sort of weapon. If my partner didn't have sense or his wits about him, who-knows what may have happend.
That premonition was a message he received from his future self, warning him, and thus, he chose to not be in that situation, a conscious choice, a knowing. What a mind-opener! Thanks Ra! ------------------

But how did he get into the future? Like, one person here once said they could send back comforting thoughts, and then remember receiving them, but both of these actions can only really occur in the "future" unless you are doing it interdimensionally. In which case, he might not be in the Army but might've had a dream or something in which he sent his dream self the message in order to escape the nightmare. Yeah, so many possiblities.  Dean. This reminds me of a Bruce Willis movie called (Disney's) The Kid.In the movie, Russ (Bruce Willis) is a selfish 40yo and his younger sElf (8yo)is sent to meet him. The young Russ is quite different and doesn't like what the old Russ has become. So they start to retrace their past to see if they can find out the turning moment in their life. They change the outcome of an event and that in turn changes the future. Then of course, the boy's job is done and he disappears. Interestingly, throughout the movie, there is a cropduster that is often seen flying over Russ' head. It turns out to be himself in the future and he too has a message for the 40yo Russ.
