It's the ancient Chaldean-Hebrew System I believe. Sesame/Dean would know more.

Cheiro's Book of Numbers.

It's one of the books Linda named for the Pilgrim's Progress.

He uses the Chaldean System and the meanings of the numbers are quite similar, although Linda seems to have d-elved even deeper.
