Whatsoever you desire, pray as if you have already recieved it, then you will surely have itI never really understood this advice at first... But I think its as simple as- What do you want ? There you go !

Yes, but you also have to be careful of the difference between wanting and having. Wanting is a doing - ie if you "want", then you want - you don't have. The trick is to kNow you have and you will, not to want.Make sense? Dean. IP: Logged |

Well, that's the otherside of the coin - to have is to give. You never truly have something until you've given it away - as they say, giving proves you had it, which will also ensure you have it again! O' Life, Dean. IP: Logged |

I dunno Maybe I'm they? You know, I've been thinking a lot abuot quotes recently, the amount of quotes that are anonomous are fairly sizable, and quite understandable. Not to toot my own horn, but as a gemini I come up with a lot of quotes. In high school a friend of mine used to write them down. They're just words really, but I guess consise. The english language is pretty beautiful really Dean. IP: Logged |

This is something I really need to learn and fully understand. Probably better to practice it, too.I pushed away a dear friend because I was not "getting enough" out of the friendship. Horrible, I know. And now I feel so bad but too proud to do anything about it. I needed to feel strength, but I just feel weaker than ever and totally wrong. I guess if I just would have appreciated having this person in my life, I wouldn't have been so concerned about not getting enough out of it. What a dork I am. IP: Logged |

"It is my own world" is an illusion, that we must all break. The real controller is the one force majority of the people call God. Everything belongs to him. When you ask of something as if its already given, it is given no doubt. Even when you think its not given, in time you would know that it was indeed given.IP: Logged |

Monad, thanks! I apologized yesterday and he wrote back a very long text basically ripping me a new one. I needed that, though, and felt soooo bad the rest of the day and cried all night. This morning I took a walk to a nearby park (a sag finding herself in nature) and started writing down my feelings in a journal. I came to the realization that I have been unappreciative of him by trying to change him to be someone he isn't. And that's totally goofey because I am SO grateful that he is himself and such a positive force in my life. I want to be a positive force in his life, too. I want to tell him "thank you" in the sincerest way and maybe try to explain how much I learn from him because he is a good person. I think he might be too mad to see me anytime soon, so I'll just wait. but I see now that knowledge has to be experienced to fully understand. IP: Logged |

iamthat... You are corrrect i think. It is OUR world. Its just that our perception of it differs from person to person, although there is one point of view that is correct and that is the view which belongs to our gods. Ask and you do recieve, I understand that in a wierd kind of way. Although i still believe that that is not entirely correct or there is more to the story. Its good advice, yes, but it gives no comfort to me to KNOW that i do have what I asked for, when I SO DO NOT. Sorry, thank you anyway.

Dear Monad, Hmmm...I am thinking of a case for you. Allright got one, did you ever wish to be eternally or seven lifes with your partner. Think of it, if you did. You are meeting again and again because you had asked for it in your last life, but do not know of it in this life. You are destined to meet no matter what. You had asked of it and hence the word must come true. If you did meet that person in this life and things are not smooth, its because of the trials you said you would go thru and ultimately pass. If its smooth, good luck. Don't spoil what the two have. If its not smooth, and becomes unbearable, say the words "God(dess) please be my refuge. I cannot go thru this." You are Gods in your own realms. You do indeed create your reality ofcourse with the allmightys approval. Theres no proof of what I say. Its just a thought. When one tears one's heart apart and go to the inner rooms the truth is revealed. IP: Logged |
