I know that by seeing the number of my posts all you "OLDIES" are going to think that I am a newbie but I have been linked to you for more than four months now so in a way I may be new to you but not you guys to me. Actually there is always so much interesting to read that I always end up reading instead of repling to any post. As for this post -yesterday I found a very cool link that provides detailed info on lucid dreaming and OBE and lots of other stuff too.
PS. Being a newbie I donno how to create a hyperlink so you will have to take the pain of typing the add.UGH i feel so dumb.

PS. Excuse me again if someone has already posted this link.You know that although I do a lot of reading it can never be enough to know everything

So, have you had many OBEs or lucid dreams? In Astral Realms, people try to help deciphering dreams.

I have not had any conscious OBE but the way they have described in that feature that of being frightened and scared and not knowing kind of thing and then falling back into the body with a thud.And yes I do have lucid dreams and this also I realized on the Astral Realms forum.Since I am just on the begining of my journey I am taking up one level of realization at a time starting with the seeing of aura.I am having quite a success with that.I know this because when I look at anything or person with complete concentration I see a warm glow around them with little more effort I think I will manage to see the colours also.Lucid dreaming is started by itself.All I do is ordain my Higher S-elf to take me where I want to go or what I want to do.
