hi guys this week over all has been great and im very focused on being positive never think negative stuff but thursday i had this feeling like someone is around me all the time its really frightening and over powering but it was about till yesterday and its the feeling u get when u know someone is standing behind ur back anyway then i was so frustrated and had a lot of energy in me but it was very aggressive just had to get it out cause i cant exactly tell anyone

curious.

A couple of days have passed, do you still feel this energy around you? Perhaps there is a message to be heard, something you should learn.

Is there a certain situation you are in when you feel this way? A particular thought that brings it up?

I believe that if you perceive an entity that causes you to feel uncomfortable that you have the right to claim your space. According to your spiritual beliefs and practices align yourself with the Divine for protection. Let go of fear and have faith in the good to protect you. The force of good to protect you is much more powerful than any negative entity.

A tad late, but maybe you could relate your dream in Astral Realms? Ra and everyone else are pretty good at deciphering dreams. I sometimes get a feeling of fear, like something could happen, but I just think that I'm in control and it goes away. I think it's a good way to feel external phenomena - like it washes over you. You can even proclaim out loud "Nothing can Harm Me" if you want to, but I think it's prolly anxiety.
