I just had to ask about this, as it's too cool...so I have a friend who lives a state away who can tap into my energy, which doesn't really surprise me as mine is always rather intense. However we've been playing around with that...I can really mess with my internal energy, I can make it low, or make it peak really high...I can just feel this. So today I decided to play a little game...while I was doing my daily activities, I let my energy peak as high as I could get it during certain events and I marked the times...I got home today, and my friend mentioned he could tell when my energy peaked, and told me the times that I had marked down!!! This is so awesome...but I have no idea how this works...and no he's not stalking me I apparently always give off high intensity energy, but am amazed that I could possibly send it to a friend in another state. How?! Anyone heard of anything like this? IP: Logged |

COOL! It is nice to meet someone else who has this happen to them too! I just wish I could selectively block sometimes better because I also get the gloomy or angry stuff coming at me too! Then I yell out loud to the sender and say "pick up the freaking phone if you need to talk to me!" And they usually do within minutes or as soon as they get to a phone!IP: Logged |

I don't want to sound cracked or something, but there are days I think I pick up on your energy. For no reason in particular I'll think your name. I do think your emotions behind your posts are very strong. May it's an artist thing? You aren't the only person though.IP: Logged |

Philbird....Yes...I too pick up on you and many here at LL. And people in my area too. I am an artist. I do spirit drawings and old english and other types of illuminated manuscripts. I do them the ancient ways....parchment....indelible ink....and a feather quill. I do each letter just the way the ancient scribes and monks did them. No caligraphy tools or modern techniques for me! I even mix my own paint blends and use gold leaf when I can afford it.

I'm pretty much the sender, so I don't get any of that gloomy stuff unless it comes from myself...haha it's not very nice!Philbird! You do'nt sound cracked lol I wouldn't be surprised if you do pick up on that energy! That is so very cool I put my entire self behind my being when I write IP: Logged |

Fayte, I have several feathers I ordered, but can't seem to cut them right... I think I may use some of Phil's. I have herbs and stuff to make inks too, I just haven't gotten around to playing with it. I was going to use them to do watercolor and ink drawings on burnt parchment. I've been working on making tinatures. I've had really good results! (and the right proof alchohol!)IP: Logged |

Philbird.... One trick is to lightly heat the cut side. Use an iron and run it over it a little.(the feather to the iron...not the iron to the feather) Also a fishhook file works if it does not get smoothe enough inside. You want it to just pick up the ink, but not have catches that can hold ink glops. Hope that helps! Also put a bead on it or a weight part ways up above your hand...this makes it more balanced to write with. Oh yeah...white vinegar can be used in place of part of the water in water coloring...it is a little different to work with.
