I have written a program to help with my web research of numerology. The information I have found in this site, in which I link to directly, helps a lot.

Thanks to AngelaCarisaCalavicci for posting
the conversion and meanings needed for this project. The program is mainly a reference guide, and a calculater. Enter in a string of text (blah) and it returns a string of numbers (2,3,1,5) and the result of adding these numbers together (11). Going beyond that seemed too much. The Meanings to the numbers are presented as links directly to the postings here at Lindaland.

If anyone would like a copy, I am prepared to send it to you via email. It is a simple html file.

Is it java script? I wrote the following in Java and it can also be downloaded. Have you thought of starting a site? There are some free places around but I'm finding them to be unreliable. I would like to see it - sesame@linda-goodman.com.

I sent you the html attached to an email.

Yours is more of a program where mine is more of a reference helper, and calculator.

Nice Work, btw, but the decor could use some work.

I find that lindaland is enough for me. If I have something to say then I can but post a topic here at lindaland. You could always keep an up-to-date ("bumped-up") profile in "free for all" linking to your intrests and articles as well as links to other forum topics with in lindaland.

Another simple and easy alternative is blogger.com. I use blogger to send myself messages. I tried to start a few columns but it seems I cannot stick with it.

Hey, good idea about the profile. What do you mean by decor? My idea was that it's like sandstone or inside a cave. Also, it loads quickly which I thought was a mandatory for dialup people. Flash is just too fancy-schmancy I can't check my email yet.

sesame

strange how I leave a "tab" open for a while--displaying webpages

i just reread this
and I just happened to notice something

I agree that the site should be quick to download. I used to do the flash thing but I got over it. I think about it sometimes when I want a complicated program, and it seems java script won't suffice.
