I am new to this sight, but I have read every one of Linda's books. I am discourged by the way you speak to one another. I wish I was Linda, and could tell you all to stop talking BS. I am dissappointed in this sight. Linda would not approve of this crap. In a way I believe you lower her standards. UPGRADE NOW!IP: Logged |

Dear lotusheartone ~ I am not sure what thread or forum you are referring to. Just because you have found some negativity here at LL, doesn't mean it exists in every thread, nor in every forum, nor with every member. We are all human and this is a public place so we cannot totally control everything that is posted here, although the moderators are all currently doing their best. If you have found something that you find unacceptable, please notify the moderator of that forum and/or the webmaster. In the meantime, there are some wonderful threads and some wonderful members here, hopefully you'll discover those.

By what standards do you want us to "post" to? How do YOU live in relation to Linda? What is your defintion of common courtesy and posting on public boards? Angela

I have said more than once "what will new people coming in think of some of the behaviour here"?Here is your answer guys! Welcome Lotus and sorry you had to witness this BS - but in defence I must say there are some WONDERFUL people here, maybe if you give it a chance you will benefit from the forum. I have received SO much support and hopefully, in turn, helped others too - I actually feel a deep connection with several knowflakes! Thanks for having the courage to speak out - hopefully it will make certain people look at their behaviour in future - its probably what is needed. What sign are you by the way? Love to all Sue xx

My goodness! I have seen no less than three posts by you, lotusheartone..... condemning this site and behaviour. Why don't you post something you'd like to see and discuss instead of complaining? It would certainly be a more creative and loving way to embrace these things you feel enough passion about to bring you here. Manifest and be the change you want to see. IP: Logged |

Well, yesterday I was walking past a bunch of magpies having a conversation, and I thought it weird because I just thought they squaked. Anyhow, of course they look at me and stop talking until after I was past them as if I was eaves dropping or something! But the sounds they made were truly weird. They were fully talking about something...Dean. IP: Logged |

Yeah Dean, they were saying.. "Hey, I want to poop on the next car, it's nice and shiny!" "No, it's mine!! You got the last one!!!"I know though.. I witnessed birds a few weeks ago.. the poor guy was too big to stay in his nest but had too little faith in the whole 'wing-system' s He hopped around literally all day.... right by his mama, she'd communicate with him, and she'd bring him food.. but he refused to budge.. it was quite funny.. I was picturing her admonishing him like a mother, yet doing things because she cared anyway. IP: Logged |

I work at Wildcare on Saturdays and we got birds up the yin-yang. (that means "a lot"). So I fed, changed cages, worked in the aviaries, and took care of many, many birds today!!!IP: Logged |

A sour down the bar, and a gin joining her neighbor!Since I walk my dog a couple times a day, I HAVE been hit a few times w/poo. Doesn't help that I live in a historical district with old trees along the public sidewalks! I also enjoy listening to the birds outside. My paternal grandfather fed the red Cardinal birds every day when he was alive so it's a very special bird for me. I live a block from his home, and they are extremely abundant here. Every summer I see a few babies and host atleast one family in the yard. I can recongize their song through any kind of noise. IP: Logged |

I sung with my band at a backyard barbeque yesterday ( lots of people!!)and from my perspective, on the stage, I was mid song, and these two yellow ( beautiful!!!) finches were playing together, swooping with each other to a feeder. It was awesome. I am afraid the music drowned out their song... but they were really yellow and beautiful.IP: Logged |

sesame/dean,how crazy is that? I was going to mention how i believe they have just as "in-depth" convos as we do. some of them even sit and watch people going by and make comments about them! imo. the creepiest moment I can remember was hearing a bunch of birds chit-chatting in a tree and when I was passing by, there was total silence and then they started chitchatting again once I passed the tree! I brought the birds around my job some toast to give them since before, i promised to bring them popcorn, only to come the next day without it and they were looking at me and i said my little hellos to them via mentally, they looked at me and said something (chirped) and I could swear they said - where's our popcorn heifer? lol. Don't you think it's hilarious when the small birds chase the big ones! But sometimes they seem to gang up on 'em. Ah, to be a bird.Dean. IP: Logged |

Their is a lovely pair of little goldfinches that come to play in my wildflowers in the morning. The Bluebirds like them also. I have a humming bird (he doesn't know the song) that has been enjoying my sun flowers. O what a beautiful morning!! IP: Logged |

what a beautiful bird bluemoon! i love their fabulous colors, very relaxing - wonder if they say the same about us?anyway, found this in my inbox for today. How coincidental is that???? All the beasts that roam on the earth and all the birds that soar through the air are but communities like your own. We have omitted nothing from the Book. Before their Lord they shall all be gathered in the end.
