Well the ancients were amazed because it was very hard to find the next number.
The problem is as exciting as finding the next prime number, but not exactly.
What's interesting is that a perfect number always ends in either 6 or 8. That is the most exciting thing I noticed.
6 represent Venus
and 8 Saturn
In some cultures Venus is considered evil (Malefic) along with Saturn. Venus is considered the teacher of the Evil world.
