OK...I may be wrong... I just remembered the word blue turban when I read these verses 5 years ago. This sikh leader is not evil as is portrayed. Never mind. Daydreamer, there is no color preference for sikh while wearing a turban. White head to me represents islam guys. Blue heads are still a mystery

Greetings IAT and thank you for the quatrains! I am limited as well because I only have a 1947 translation copy myself. Interesting that in the American Indian Tradition, the color blue represents the Spiritual aspects ,while in the Sufi Tradition, blue is illusion. How to choose, how to choose ? Oooh Fayte girl you are a woman after me own heart......there are people here who are so anti-abortion, anti-divorce, anti-contraception anti-breathing almost and yet....they dont say anything about the unwanted child being born and then a few years later being sexually abused even if it is by the "holy man" - all in the name of religion...Ive spoken to mothers who have known their kids were getting raped by priests "aaahh but sure you dont question a man of God"........aaaarrrghhhh !!! and the amount of married couples who are having it off with their neighbours wife/husband...but dont dare to mention the word "divorce"....you are considered an outcast....but of course now it is changing, albeit slowly....we are being presented with choices... So fayte, I understand your observations, cos I like you have observed them too.......for many a year girl. love to all

Hey Sue!  I am glad you see what I mean!
I have known even mothers who sexually abuse their kids while spouting their holier than thou rabid Christian dogma! Priests? Yeah..Ministers...personally been there...so goody goody grabby perves some of them! I hate it when I see people society lauds as upstanding but I know the inside story! Scoutmasters who are up to no good...sex and booze with the kiddies. Yes...I have met or had run ins with these kinds! Fine upstanding citizens all! Bullfinches! Utter frinking bullfinches!
The wall? Hee hee...as much to protect my sensitive side as to protect others if I feel hurt and accidently sting them! Or pis-sed at intolerance or irrational illogical behavior and know I must bite my tongue as I can not change them...as it is said.."a man against his will is of the same opinion still."
So yes...I will jump in the safe zone from time to time as needed! In fact...I think I will again until you return! Also I do not want to get people riled up...it has been pretty quiet here of late in LL..so back to my sanctuary!  IP: Logged |

Wow as I look back this is what makes sense:
--Mountain burst in indonesia seems more like it.
