Do any of you guys know his work? I think I just bought one of his book...HOw To Change your Life in 7 days, and in it it gave us a trance thing, I guess it would be like one of his hyptnotic CD. What do you guys think?

And..can using hypnosis be a bad thing? ...

I was wondering, when you're listening to his trance thing, um...is it all right if you just...start thinking about something else? Like, your minds wondering...it still works just by you listening to it and having your subconsciouse listening right?

I'm currently using a different P. McKenna CD/program, but yes, my mind wanders and it still works perfectly. Sometimes I fall asleep and it still works...and then I wake refreshed!
