The translation of that quatrain is not the same as the ones I have.

the one I posted was:
The London premier through American power

The London premier(Blair) through American power(Bush) will burden the island of Britanny(or Scotland in some translations) with a cold(hearted) thing(idea to go to war).
Reb(rebel as in southerner/Texan) the King(again Bush and his "dynastic asperations)will have so dreadful a fake antichrist(trying to say Saddam or others..or anyone is evil so there is a reason for war besides the oil)Who will bring them all into trouble.
(Bush is having a war(s)...Blair is deeply involved and so is his country....Saddam is locked up..his country bombed all to hell..Osama is on the run..the prisons of Gautomo Bay are against the Geneva convention...And the wars are getting worse...and he wishes(Bush) to expand his attacks to other places.)

Thanks Faye..I was reflecting on Nostradamus's earlier quatrain "...two sun to appear". Didn't Linda speak of end times (or I guess it was back to stone age times) when two Appollo's appear? Is the Sun going to be split or what by a direct hit? Is the government planning to run to Mars because its farther away and cooler than earth? Yipes....God forbid something like that should happen.

The "Dogs Of War" were seen this summer in many places.(in the sky)
Will have to find my notes on that...or if I posted it here or not.
They appeared last Fall also.
It looked like there were three suns!!!!!

An eerie pink as well, fayte? Yes, the atmosphere was ominous and thick...the sun barely filtering through. There was a putrid, tart smell to the air too.
I have tried to just shake this off as just a dream and tried not dwelling too much, but no matter for trying, can't completely rid the uneasiness it has left me with.*ok, decided not to post the next part. Understand how you feel now, Fayte. Feel strange airing it on the internet... Copied it and will send it to you in an email.* Will just say there was a little bit more to the dream...not much...

Wish I could understand French, than relying on whoever translated his works in English for us. You know what I mean

terror and horror are not:
D'effrayeur = terror/horror they are in French:
terreur horreur I am not sure what the "D'effrayeur" means.
Some letter "f" in old French are actually
"s"...and the reverse. In bad handwriting such could look like "l" or "p"....and so forth.
So some of the troubles in translating him are his awful handwriting and the letters not the same as now.
Then add to that the thing of "J" and "H"...
also interchangeable.
It is near to impossible to decyper his writings by conventional means. I have tried several translators...all get differing results. They are not using ancient or old French. So it gets very skewed.
Also again...the French so called copies...are not accurate either...
hard to read the "letters"..
Look at his handwriting and you will see what I mean. On top of that he would toss in Latin and anagrams/lexigrams and other coded words/phrases.....
So....this is why even copies of his so called originals are not even the same...the add translation to English from that...and what a mess!
Kinda what I have been ranting on about any translated and retranslated work..so called holy and or scholarly.

If the sun split in half and not by optical illusion of atmospherics and all...
there would be no solar system left!!!!!!

I was thinking that may be this object will be hidden by the suns glare as it approaches earth. Even causing refraction.
The other possibiity that I was thinking was that since sun is nothing gases burning at a high temperature then may be an impact with a body could easily split it in two. Now an approaching body could easily melt in the millions of deg Fah temperature of the sun, but a collision with another star lets say its also viable. Did you see the movie contact? Theres a solar syster with 2 stars. Its not impossible to imagine that. I was also thinking may be Nostradamus was describing star death of our sun many years from now. Hi Faye and Others, Did you guys know that our galaxy is on a collision course with another galaxy? Yes the Milky way and the Andromeda galaxy would collide in the future. It describes all that Pink sky/Orange sky etc in our dreams. The core of the galaxies would merge together to create a super galaxy.
