I am not sure if this had been discussed before, but did you ever experience that the universe is talking back to you? In terms of signs, messages, that sort of thing. Let's say you are head over heals in love with someone, and the very thought of them you are driving and their name is on some sign next to you! Or sort of you are thinking of the person and there is a song associated with them? do we imagine that stuff, or do we create links and patterns that do not exist...I do believe that our thoughts create our reality but how seriously should we pay attention to these messages, if they were indeed messages? I know exactly what you are talking about my dear  I see and feel things everyday that let me know that I'm being watched so to speak... taken care of actually  People always ask me what I'm laughing or smiling at (when I see/feel things)... But I never tell  Its actually annoying sometimes, like you feel that you're life is beyond you're control, or worse... you are in control of EVERYTHING! The latter been the scarier one... what would you do if you found out your life was nothing but a dream? Well what if it was... and the all those signs and things that only you seem to notice are just signs of your lucidity within your life/dream that gently molds the universe around you! What if the frequency of the signs/feelings increase... what if you wake up? Where is my soulself sleeping, why is it dreaming this dream...

Thats the word, synchronicity. Certain numbers will keep repeating, you doze and wake up, look at the digital clock or a nearby car number plate, it will be a number matching something you thought of. You think of an actor and someone with the same one will be in a restaurant or a new colleague or acquaintance. And vice versa.
All we have to do is start noting down, the results will be astounding. IP: Logged |

Lei-Kuei, I had always entertained that idea, that what if life is a dream in the sense that this is all apparent and not real, the very thought that you CAN control it, glosses over that possibility. In an advanced philosophy course at college, Philosophy of Love, we had to do some Sufi philosophy and the Sufis were very much PRO that idea, the world is NOT real (from a religious perspective I imagine), I am sure the idea was brought up in Western Schools of thought as well, i am thinking The Matrix and the philosophy behind it. But I KNOW exactly what you mean. The UNREALITY of the world fascinates me.
