quote:
The Breath unites the Inner and Outer Realm as the invisible energy of Spirit and Mind.
All right so that quote made me think following: So you have come to this world taking a deep breadth. And you depart this world exhaling. In between you take so many breadths but you have never paid attention to its mysteries. Heres a site that goes more in to it. Enjoy and theres other things as well. http://www.enchantedmind.com/html/creativity/techniques/creative_breath.html

I am a Hindhu, and as per Hindhu teachings, every person has been alloted so many number of "breaths" in each life. this is why Hindhu yogis give very much of an importance to breath control. It is about health and long life.------------------ Welcome Home to GhostVillage IP: Logged |

How can number of breadth cycle be determined and we then aim to prolong life? Are you saying we should breathe long during inhale and long during exhale? But if that is true all those people who carry fitness exercise, breathing exercise will die soon but happy

Heres something interesting from that site. I am amazed quote:
The book begins with a study of the initial Monad, the One, the source of all things. Schneider points out, "The ancient philosophers conceived that the Monad breathes in the void and creates all subsequent numbers (111111111 x 111111111 = 12345678987654321). Numbers only express different qualities of the Monad." If you stop and contemplate http://www.enchantedmind.com/html/science/creative_mathematics_part1.html
