All right so that quote made me think following: So you have come to this world taking a deep breadth. And you depart this world exhaling. I am a Hindhu, and as per Hindhu teachings, every person has been alloted so many number of "breaths" in each life. this is why Hindhu yogis give very much of an importance to breath control. It is about health and long life.------------------

 How can number of breadth cycle be determined and we then aim to prolong life?
Are you saying we should breathe long during inhale and long during exhale?
But if that is true all those people who carry fitness exercise, breathing exercise will die soon but happy
