ok now i m not providing information but more importantly i want to REALLY DISCUSS on this :
(u know i read that in a book.. )
at the time u have a 101 or more degree fahrenhiet of fever , you at that time can to "talk to your soul".. i min at that time your brain is in such a state of tension and you can profit from it :
if at that time you try to concentrate "hard enough" and try really hard to analyze ..things will really start to work out!ok.. now what i mean by "hard enough" .. well.. the effort will be enormous.. but actually all that it asks for is persevearence.. the sole trick over here is:
IN THAT STATE OF MIND .. YOU SIMPLY QUESTION EVERYTHING.. EVERYTHING!!!!!!!
right from why you are questioning yourself..!!! ... n keep doing it.. keep saying.."and why this " or "and why that"..or "what if" etc etc..
did ya follow ? And in that state of mind.. we are able to see ourselves from the outside.. EXACTLY AS WHEN LINDA SAID IN the article on PISCES (SUNSIGNS).. that "pisceans have the unique ability to come out of themselves and see the past present and future as one" .. What happens in that state of mind?
When you have come to a certain point it is as if your own soul is talking to you .. you finally get to see with your (moist) eyes Truth ... for example since i m a student and mi karma (english (literal): duty) is to study so i got to realize that ... that nothing else mattered .. so i wanna talk about this ..
n you know it really helps if you have already have a fair degree of spiritual knowledge (hidden in your heart; courtesy a book u read etc.).. for then you can automatically conduct a direct check .. . of what is right n what is wrong.. ok over to u now.

I think I understand what you're saying. When I get extremly sick (which isn't too often) I feel close to (spiritual) death. In the deliriousness of the fever, the veil between this world and the next is thinned and I feel as if I just KNOW. IP: Logged |

I didn't answer your question did I, well I gave it some further thought
fever equals brain being fried
not a good condition for the brain
the fever must be alleviated
otherwise, this will cause harm
so the anwer is NO Now, if you fast, don't for more than 3 days, and you should start with one day, Friday.
then you could experience this but you can also experience this, bu going within, and meditating and asking, by prayer

i do think it is easier to listen to the inner voices when sick - or shall i say, it's not like being in the center of a crowded train depot and trying to hold a conversation with the person right next to you but it's like being swept off to a quiet room in the train depot, door is closed, blinds are closed and then you can hear and ingest what's actually being said.being sick is a sort of highness, also. your mind, body, and soul actually feel like they go on autopilot. Maybe there are good reasons for getting sick... a more "cosmic" reason why bacteria and viruses exist.People usually get their most severe illnesses when they are under a lot of stress. Weakened immunity, or whatever. But I'd never considered it as a way your body/mind/soul may be working to make you listen. Interesting. IP: Logged |

lemme start by telling u exactly what i read!
actually it was simply a collection of poems ina book.. andomly selected poems .. one was titled.. "what to know and what not to know.."
the writer talked about the various interesting /importanat/amusing things that are in the world .. and kept on asking the reader .. "what to know ;what not to know in this huge world?"
so one line was: "do you know that at 101 degree fahrenhiet your soul comes alive to talk to you?"..i hope now u guys follow me..
i min there simply was NO DOUBT in the mind of the writer.. she was writing it as another fact . ok.. well.. its hapened with me.. I M NOT LYING PLZ BELIEVE ME!
and secondly n more importantly when that happens with you .. you simply KNOW.. that u have reached a summit ... u simply KNOW n theres no question in ur mind doubting what u have just come to realize.
i can say with gaurantee that that happens!
why don't you try it for yourself !

Guy_me_19,Yes, I certainly believe you, But I personally to not talk to my higher self this way, anything that came close to happening like that while sick, was info that was not tangible to me
Not to say that it isn't for others
for each path is different At this point I am in contact with my soul 24 -7, and the only way to get there was to pursue going within, asking for Truth

Well the normal body temperature of a normal human is 98-99 deg F.
Some people are slightly hotter.
There are instances where at temperature 104 and higher severe damage may result to the brain. It is certainly not happening at 101 deg F, as that temp. may still not be that bad. Ok so the point I am trying to make is that, may be a part of our higher selves that may be residing in the nervous system is shaken by the high temperature  . Hmmmm, the ancients believed that our spirit is in the heart.
