I've never had a piano of my own, or even in my family. I learned using my keyboards. I can still sit down at a piano and play just fine. What I wouldn't know instinctively at piano, though, would be the subtle affects that you can only get through a piano (which isn't a big deal unless you want to be like a jazz pianist or something).
