It's that time of the year when i reflect on my life and think how I can make next year better and grow more spiritually.Does anyone have any ideas of ways of propelling your spiritual life forward by giant leaps. The last major spiritual shift I felt was about 8 years ago when my mother passed. My life shifted over several years and my perception of my life, the world, etc. changed for the better. Now I'm feeling as if I plateaued. Any ideas? IP: Logged |

Now this sure is a tricky one! How do we concsiously evolve? Well, you could visit that website But failing that, I would have to say to try to maintain being in the moment. I feel that's the best way to live. To acknowledge your existence every moment. To just soak up your surroundings and see things around you. That is life, and if you can do it well, then I think you will naturally grow. I could recommend books too, but sometimes after reading them, I feel a little deflated, like it was just a book. But I guess it depends on the book and whether your at the proper level necessary to read it. I recently read the Tenth Insight (Sequal to the Celestine Prophecy) and I didn't really like it. Some good theories, but the first one was a lot better. But all spiritual books don't change you instantly. I think you have to try to discipline yourself into the changing process. Best of luck with it, Dean. IP: Logged |

Hey thirteen- eat lots of stir fry! cut up lots and lots of fresh veggies(carrots, celery, bok choy, muchrooms, green beans, anything) and put them aside. then put some olive oil, soy sauce, spices, half a cup of broth and cut up strips of chicken and cook it up in a wok. then toss in the veggies and cook for a few minutes. don't serve with rice or noodles. You can eat as much as you like. You could also switch around spices and veggies to get new variations. It's a guaranteed healthy weightloss tip.
