Well, the other night I got up around 4 am to get a drink. As I left the bed room I got this really eirie feeling I was being followed. I hadn't had that feeling since I was a child! I feel safe in my apartment. I have read spirits are not there to harm you, so why the scared feeling? At the time I told myself that spitits do not intend to harm us. My first thought was it was archangle Micheal making me aware of his presence. Since I had been asking for his guidence. Was I afraid of connecting with him or was it afraid of getting what I asked for? Any comments? IP: Logged |

OOH you got the woowoos philly? Well I'm a big girl now and I still get the woowoos...don't ask why? I always run to bed really fast after I turn the light off (incase something's behind me..lol) A childhood thing I never got over. Sometimes I do sense something behind me and my hairs stand on end. I'm only human, I can't always be fearless and wise up to what it really is. Well I can relate with your questions. Sometimes I will feel 'ready' to see a spirit/being, and I ask them to show themselves to me...BUT as soon as I sense or see a glimpse of a shadow or a figure, I shut my eyes and say "ok, ok, no I'm not ready." A part of me thinks I can, and a part thinks I can't. But whatever I want to see, is definantly there, I just choose not to see it/he/she. But I know as soon as I am ready, they will appear, I know it for sure. It might take me a hundred years yet...I don't know.

LMAO! Turns off the light and runs to bed! That's what I did that night! And I soooo agree with you on asking to "see" but I prefer to get my first taste during daylight hours thank you. (preferably 9-5) It sounds like we are at the same spiritual growth level. I like your posts! IP: Logged |

Philbird...you're probably sensing a spirit/energy...I do that all the time. Just tell it to go away if it's scaring you. If not, ask it what it wants. I feel the same way though about dark rooms, I cannot walk through a room with the lights off...gives me the creeps big time...I also have to reach around the corner and flip the light switch on before I'll walk in a room..plus, I do NOT like to walk by the bed, am afraid something will reach out from under the bed and grab me!...so I jump on the bed to get in...go figure, I've always been this way. Too funny, and all too familiar! I was afraid I was the only person over the age of 12 who finds it impossible to walk calmly through my apartment in the dark! I've also done the "Let me see you--- no, not yet!" thing. Like Philly, I'm hoping this will happen for the first time during the day... perferably one of my more fearless days! IP: Logged |
