Yes, very true HSC. But it doesn't alter the initial purity. Just momentarily removes One from it. (or so it seems) As the spiral is wound/journeyed onwards...the temptations to be pulled backwards into prior toxic (to the spirit) frequencies are more recognizable to Us, for our wisdoms from the frequencies experienced and absorbed along the way. Integrated withus Us, we get clearer and deeper feelings of what is Timely for Us...What is True and Needed in each moment. As Every thing, memory is not a negative thing. It has a purpose. There is potential found within it. We can no easier denounce or deny memory, as we couldn't deny dreaming, eating, breathing, sleeping. It's there~will continue to be. (mental well-being, permitting) I don't fall into the Metaphysical New-Age philosophies of denial in attainment of evolution. I believe in embracing consciousness of Vice, Memory, Illusions in order to embrace consciousness of Virtue, Aspirations and True, Real Beauties right before our Eyes (the Unseen, just beyond the Seen...the Unheard, beyond the Heard.) The Soul within endures on as infinite Witness. The frequencies are experiences...Our Soul's within remain Pure/unTouched through it all. We are pulled away from its Purity (by heartbreak, sorrow, disappointment, greed, etc.)....we are reTurning to its Purity. Forever in movement, either Turn or ReTurn. But its Purity is/was always within, unalterable by frequencies. The frequencies are like lenses. Whether cloudy or clear, our travels arise from our clarity or lack of clear Focus. (Awareness) ~A Miracle will go unnoticed to the ever-seeking Soul straining its neck to See around it.~

Goatgirl,I hope you won't mind, if I sing out a song (I'll try not to sing out of key)... There is a Taoist story about a butcher whose blade never dulls. It never dulls, because his skill is such, that the blade unerringly seeks the merest space between the joints, and never really touches anything at all. A butcher does not have to be strong. He does not have to struggle, or force things to his will, if he knows, instead, how to obey the will of all things. A riggid tree is toppled by strong winds, but the supple reeds withstand them. They know how to bend. Do not be hard on yourself. I dont know your particular temptation. Perhaps you looked for love in the wrong place. But, I know that, what you have sought, you still require, and you will have to seek it elsewhere... To attempt a hunger strike is futile, and will only lead to binging on convenient, but unhealthy, "food". Whether you seek sustenance outside, or deep within yourself, you must not attempt to deny your appetite. What is vulnerable in you, has again been disillusioned, exploited, and abused, but you must not blame this sensitivity, or seek to harden your heart (yourself) against it. Many people extinguish the soul fire, because they think it is responsible, for the smoke in their eyes. They do not think to change their place, but, remaining downwind, they put out the flames, and slowly grow cold. Be gentle with yourself, and with that gentle part of you. It is not to be cast out, like an unwanted child, but sweetly taken to the breast. Gratefully, nurture and nurish it, and it shall be that which sustains you! Seeking bread, you swallowed stones. And now you are afraid to bite. But, woman, do not be afraid, and do not close your mouth against food. There is bread, and you know it; the fresh scent of it tickles and teases your nostrils. And, I tell you, it would not be so, were there not something cooking, already, on the hearth of your own hungry soul. Tend those flames! Stoke them with a joyful expectation! Whisper soft words to the rising dough; it will respond, and recompense a trillion fold! In this way, you may charm the devil himself. You may stroke your ego to sleep. And finally take a moment's peace. Love to You, HSC "There are no problems, only solutions." - John Lennon (attributed) ------------------ "My friends, how desperately do we need to be loved and to love. When Christ said that man does not live by bread alone, he spoke of a hunger. This hunger was not the hunger of the body. It was not the hunger for bread. He spoke of a hunger that begins deep down in the very depths of our being. He spoke of a need as vital as breath. He spoke of our hunger for love. Love is something you and i must have. We must have it because our spirit feeds upon it. We must have it because without it we become weak and faint. Without love our self-esteem weakens. Without it our courage fails. Without love we can no longer look out confidently at the world. We turn inward and begin to feed upon our own personalities, and little by little we destroy ourselves. With it we are creative. With it we march tirelessly. With it, and with it alone, we are able to sacrifice for others." - Chief Dan George

You must learn to love and know yourself to give and recieve love completely, or else your "love" will soon drain one or both the other dry....if your Need exceeds your desire for giving back the same in return. Love must be an exchange, not a leeching off another kind, and caring, loving soul. Even the most loving heart/soul can be hurt and be sucked nearly dry if no true love is ever returned. Then they must retreat to find their own self love and heal before they can again come forth to give again. To give and give without return would soon destroy them. A Truly Caring Heart often does not realize when it is time to pull away..when their giving is not helping the other but merely "feeding" into the other's unquenchable "Need". One cannot fill a cup with a hole in it, no matter how lovely the cup.

GG Quote: How does one discern who is who? Hope that makes senseIt makes perfect sense! I recommend this book: Emotional Vampires: Dealing With People Who Drain You Dry by Albert J. Bernstein http://www.amazon.com/gp/reader/0071381678/ref=sib_rdr_zmo ut/104-2119543-4529512?%5Fencoding=UTF8&p=S001#reader-page A bit here from him: Emotional Vampires Not just annoying people, but darkly seductive. Emotional Vampires draw you in with charm, beauty, talent and pulse pounding excitement. Then they drain you – not of blood but of every last drop of emotional energy. You know them – Sexy, but unreliable lovers, drama queens who use emotions like Afghan Rebels use Kalishnikovs, jealous spouses, demanding parents, manipulative coworkers, and bosses with gigantic egos, who are so small everywhere else. It's almost supernatural how quickly Emotional Vampires can get you to trust them, then, just as quickly, get under your skin and drain you dry. It's downright scary how quickly they can trick you into letting them come back and do it again. Psychologists would diagnose Emotional Vampires with Personality Disorders, those strange mental illnesses drive other people crazy. To protect yourself from children of the night, you must understand what personality disorders are, and how they operate. With checklists, examples, humor, and detailed, step-by-step instructions, Dr. Albert J. Bernstein, Psychologist and best-selling author will tell you all you need to know to save yourself from a tremendous pain in the neck. Emotional Vampires see the world differently than other people do. Their perceptions are distorted by their cravings for immature and unattainable goals. They want everybody's complete and exclusive attention. They expect perfect love that gives but never demands anything in return. They want lives filled with fun and excitement, and to have someone else take care of anything that's boring or difficult. Vampires seem like grownups on the outside, but inside, they're still babies. Always remember what they are, because their appearance is always deceiving. ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ An excerpt here from a journal article: The emotional vampire lives on what they can take from your emotions. It’s about control; and vampires, whether it is in real life or in that fictional account of Count Dracula, live on control. Control over you. They are people who have no self esteem or control over their own life, so they must feed on yours. In reality, we are all emotional vampires in one way or another. To fall victim, do we have be insecure to fall into this trap, or was are we sometimes just not educated to recognize human psychology when it bites you in the neck? Love vampires play on our emotions but capture our essence and sometimes our soul. Isn’t that what the underlying theme of all the vampire movies are about? The lesson here is not just to recognize a vampire in your life but to stop yourself from being a vampire. It’s a chain of creation from one bite to another. It’s easy to become bitter, lose your self esteem, become like them after you’ve had the very life sucked out of you. Perhaps vampires are children of vampires. Their childhood forces them to go through life looking for what is missing in themselves. Don’t despair, there is hope. Understanding that this is what human nature is about is one step to a healthier future. Protecting yourself by not taking part intheir activities can be more potent than a necklace of garlic around your neck. No matter how old we are, we must get to the stage that we can laugh at the lessons we have learned when dealing with vampires. The evil Count Dracula of the past can be replaced in the future by the funny George Hamilton Dracula as in the movie First Bite. Make no mistake, take a look around you, vampires are alive and well in America. http://journals.aol.com/bankerquest/Lifeingeneral/entries/175 For the rest of it. I will still answer this in my own words if you wish. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~I am still learning~ Michangelo The Door to Gnosis is never permanently locked...one only needs the correct keys and passwords. wow, fayte, that book looks pretty cool.I should probably read it... The "lovable rogue", "narcissistic legend", and "paranoid visionary" all sound a bit like me. It's scary how much this sounds like me:

Thank you, Fayte. Seriously, I don't know what its gonna take... or if I'm gonna break... or who I might hurt, in that moment, or in the meantime. I dont know sometimes, If I'm a good witch or a bad witch?? If my magic is what it seems to me, or something more sinister. At least, I seem to believe the stories I tell, when I'm telling them. And I am loving, and I do give a lot back. Still, when I think of how much I take... does guilt do any good? i like this:
