I did! When I was 15. We were on my step-fathers boat going to Put-In-Bay and it was after the sun had set. Everyone was up on the top bridge and my friend and I were down on the back deck. She and I saw this light coming toward us, which at first we assumed was a plane, but it was getting really close...like it was coming specifically toward us. Then it just stopped...in mid-air...it turned around (in place) and shot up into the sky really fast until it was gone. The best way I can describe it...is to say it looked like a shooting star going backwards...back into outerspace. My friend and I were awe struck and still talk about it to this day! It may not be as spectacular as some other peoples stories, but seeing something like that first hand was pretty amazing to me!

I would love to hear other peoples experiences too!!!

I was raised on the obsession of UFO's. I firmly believe in life out there.

Years ago, I thought a huge, black, silent disc shaped ship glided over me, but then I thought maybe it was my imagination. I think I bent down and when I got up had that black vision because I have low blood pressure. I'll never know.

Cinleannana, I had a similar experience with my friend TJ when I lived in California. We were looking at what we thought was a plane in the sky, but it wasn't moving, just kind of hovering there. It stayed like that for a while until all of a sudden it just shot forward into a cloud and we saw a flash of white light.

Mind you, we did live nearby a military base, and I don't know whether the American military has planes that can hover like that or not.
