Hello there...

Nothing just stops working because Pluto was discovered, nor any of the other outer planets. The old systems still work when applied with knowledge and reverence.

Before Pluto came along, the Zero was still the emblem of Power, the Void from which all things spring Eternal.

We do not scrap the old ways, we simply add to them. In some ways the sign Aqauarius still has Saturnian types, and Pisces still has Jupiterian.

In numerology, the Zero is generally not considered, as NO LETTER vibrates to that number. So the Chaldean system works, as it always has.

Remember, we have only had Pluto since 1930's and the other outer planets for not a whole lot longer. The Tradition has been around for THOUSANDS of years, so do not be misled into thinking that we must throw away the baby with the bath water.

Things in numerology were simply handled a bit differently before the discovery of the outer planets:

The Sun governed the Number 1 (in its positive aspect) and the Number 4 (in its negative aspect).

The Moon governed the Number 2 (in its positive aspect) and 7 (in its negative aspect).

When Uranus was discovered, it was given a co-rulership of the 4. And now modernists give the 4 to Uranus only.

When Neptune was discovered it was given a co-rulerhip of the 7. And now modernists give the 7 to Neptune only.

As times have changed, meanings and significances and attributions were made reflecting the NEW circumstances.

So, don't be too concerned about how the new replaces the old, but rather how it ADDS to and EXPANDS on the tradition. We have a lot to learn from the old Astrologers and Numerologists who could make a definite and accurate prediction, and all without the Outer Planets.
