Cool information for all of you gem lovers!

I noticed that no matter how impertaive having a stone for warding off certain negativity or enhancing a quality, sometimes you (your body) just cannot accept wearing it or holding it...when choosing a stone I think gut instinct reaction is the most important factor!

My only observation on the following links is that some sites mention qualities of a certain stone that other sites overlook, so which way to go? For example, one site mentioned that placing a "Kyanite" on the third eye helps recall past life/lives, and it balances all chakras, while other site mentioned that it only helps balancing throat chakra. How do we know which way to go? The true and real qualities of stones without all the hype, drama, and over-reaction?
