Thank you for connecting me with Diane Stein! I'm going to have to pick up one of her books! 'We Are The Angels' sounds wonderful. With a little work we CAN transmute our karma. quote:

Yes, I've been reading this in other words for awhile too now. I'll have to write down and post what Mr. Neville says about karma in the book I mentioned in Pilgrims Progress. And I dont know of a specific technique for visualzing the flame. I think that even the thought and intention can be enough. Luckily, I'm good at visualization. I picture myself surrounded by it like the picture I posted along with the decree above.

no 26, you didnt dork out on me...?i was just having a little fun in this thread so i was apologizing if anyone got the idea i was referring to them or that i was making fun of the subject of this post.....i assure you i was not..... i didnt write that post about the rainbow of understanding......thats by another lightworker named Petron ....=P i used to do chakra color visualizations i learned in the same book where i first read about mark prophet.....dont have the book anymore though......that was when i was about 11-12 years old.... and today i bought some purple plates

Sorry for the misunderstanding myself.
I shouldn't speak for fayte, but I believe her take on angels is that they aren't always of goodness, as they are most usually always associated throughout time. So, she hopes people protect themselves more and not assume their appearance is a blessing. "Phony"...well, I think what she means is that some new age love/lighters are phony...not all. Anyway...I know she is open to most all people and hoping they are genuine, as she, like anyone would most hope to believe. I have a different view of angels. I'm more ambivalent to their existance. Not in a trepadacious, denying or uncaring way. Part of me loves the idea of them, and hopes to believe. I'm just not sure, but I remain open to the wonder of them. I guess I'm as equally skeptical as I am hopeful. Mystic Melody, thank you. That was beautiful and very good advice It would probably do me much good to heed. I do fine expressing every emotion but anger. I go stone quiet most often and pull into myself. I loved what you said about open hearts. Although, I'm not feeling very much that way these days...it's how I've always been. I'm just not so sure anymore how well it's served me. Beautiful energy here, salome.

I once loved "them" too.
I was an angel lover and fanatic.
I had angel checks in my checkbook, and T-shirts, and statues and figurines. Angel calendars, you name it! Angels angels angels!
Then one day I wanted answers, instead of "trust me" "trust us" yadda yadda.
Thrn I discovered that things were not as I had hoped and thought and the popular notions about them and what they were.
Laugh at me all who want to laugh at me.
But I know what happened when I asked questions instead of blindly and blissfully going oooh and ahhhh pretty!Laugh on.
I do not give a flying fig.
People thought the Earth was flat.
People have believed in over 2000 Gods and many more demi gods and other things throughout time.
Some still believe the moon landing never happened.
Many religions do not believe Jesus was the messiah.
It goes on and on. So laugh away. I was right over 35 years ago in my predictions about bottled water.
I was right about many archaeology finds before they were found.
I have been right about alot of other things. Laugh on. Maybe I should stop sharing my opinions and experiences. I do not have time to argue. Thank you all who enjoy actual discission and can at least consider the what ifs. I am tired.

no one's laughing at you Fayte. your opinions are very valuable and provide for expanded thought processes. i think a different perspective on everything, not just angels, is always welcome and necessary.i think things are not always as they appear and may be something altogether different from what popular and societal opinion would like to have us believe. questioning, and seeking truth...guides us to truth...knowledge deep within. the thread i referenced here i thought was thoughtful and lively. perhaps angels have helped some people in the fashion they believe, perhaps others have gone a different direction toward esoteric truth. i hope, in the most sincere way, that this thread has not caused you offense. please try not to take it that way. you are a sensitive one, so that might be a difficult request, but please know that your opinion here is as important as any other. i am glad that you did express your feelings about this...and i hope that you will continue sharing your knowledge. salome IP: Logged |

Thank you Salome.When I had a stroke it was a discarnate man who helped me call for help. I forgot how to use a phone. I forgot what a phone was. I forgot my name, I was unable to say my husband's name but could write it. I know from other NED's and OBEs that the so called nice "beautifull" ones try to "take" one. So if I were to say who really helps humans, it would be the regular "dead" folk not a "pretty" soul sucker who gets very pis$ed off if you question it and its motives. I suspect folks think they saw/see an angel because that is what they think the regular "dead" person should be. Well my friend a regular guy from the other side so to speak; helped me call for help and literally helped me move me and all. He would be very offended to be called an angel. But his deeds are what some would think of as an angelic act. He has warned us trouble was coming, stay away from outer walls. Then a random drive by shooting would happen. He has told us to leave a store NOW...and a few minutes later it was robbed.
He is not the only one. But those "things" pretendiong to be "helpers"...well, I have found them to have very lovely words, very beautiful images, and soothingly prattling on.."trust me. trust us". But question them and suddenly no answers but only frustration followed by extreme anger and violence....
Just like the so called good ones in the bible.
Angels in the bible are rarely ever truly nice, but instead are hell or heaven bent on vengence, crazed killing bloodthirsty flaming abombinations with tongues of flame and stinging tails.
Sounds to me more like what folks call devils and all.
And the others, the so called nice ones; expected complete unquestioning obedience and to be taken at their word or be punished.

I agree with all of your opinions, Fayte, except that I would like to add that just because lower energies can take on the image of a traditionally viewed "angel," doesn't mean that no higher energy Beings of Light exist or have ever appeared as "angels". You are correct that a Higher being could take any form, but "it" might also take the form of an "angel" to calm the person they are appearing to... but of course they wouldn't be arrogant and demanding, as you said.
I think you and I have similar views on the subject... I just think that you present the ideas in a more negative way, appearing to support an 'Angels Are Bad Conspiracy!', even though that isn't really your message.
It must have been weird to find your name on a thread you weren't posting in!!! If it eases your mind any, I don't think anyone was trying to talk badly of you. I think someone took Petron's joke wrong and it reminded them of something they thought he teased you about on another thread. Then there was a bunch of explanation. I don't think anyone was poking fun at you or anything. I hope you are ok.

Lia, I have read that your brain can only "feel" anger or sadness, not both at the same time. If things get too sad, a good bout of anger can be helpful. You could always wrap yourself in a transformative purple haze before you start screamin' into that pillow. hehe
If you can't stop thinking about it, write it down. Write some angry poems in a spiral and then do a positive, thankful blessing to the spiral for helping you heal etc. Stuff like that. Then you don't have to feel guilty for the angry thoughts etc.IP: Logged |

I wish I could comment on what you said in full. But at this time I should not.
It seems to be partly a matter of terminology and perception clouding the issue.
Light and higher are two terms/concepts with often radicaly different meanings to individuals heavily flavored by dogmatic and new age imagery. Perfect set ups to decieve with glamouring, bedazzlement, instilling denial(everything is fine, soothe soothe, do not look behind the drapery Dorothy, honestly, really, trust us, no one is hiding anything from you) and beauty.
Literally taken. there are often dangerous assumptions being made.
Again I will say;
If a "thing" wanted to fool/decieve most folks, it would not be a scary appearing/acting thing or ugly looking thing or dark looking thing....or even a regular person in appearance.
It would be all light and beautiful and speak ever so nicely. Odds are it would also be humanoid and perfect appearing. Too perfect.
Also higher energy...
If you mean on the actual energy level, then that is NOT proof of good. Simply having more energy is not proof of goodness. Having lower energy levels and an inability to manifest or bedazzle, does not indicate bad. Literal Dark is not always evil. Literal light is not always good.

I agree with much of what you say. I have said similar things to others (in regards to things trying to trick you not looking "evil" etc). for some reason the book that inspired me to start this thread seems to come and offer bits of wisdom and light at just the necessary time. this page opened up for me the other day, at a busy moment when i was frustrated with some situation or another....and this paragraph held another powerful moment for me ~ quote:
the peace of spiritual treatment lifts the heavy cloak of fear inhibiting harmony. the spiritual textbook A Course in Miracles says: "miracles are natural. when they do not occur, something has gone wrong." i believe that the "something" that prevents miracles from freely occurring is our uptight attitudes and fear. when you affirm, "This situation is already healed, right now," the words' soothing effects lift fear long enough for miracles to occur naturally.
this seems very simple, but it works in an amazing way! when you allow the fear to dissipate, and unblock your path, by repeating this simple statement, it works wonders on your consciousness. IP: Logged |

further in the book, she elaborates on the "Nothing is lost of the mind of God" phrase ~ quote:

this is a nice passage also ~the earth needs you lightworker, and heaven calls for you to hear the news that you have nothing to fear. the angels surround you with love and reasurrances of your perfect qualifications for your lightworker function. know this about yourself: you are perfect and you are very loved. there is no one more perfect than you in God's mind. you don't need to change, fix, or alter anything about yourself because you're already perfect. be willing to accept and feel the all-powerful love that resides within you right now, lightworker. your sacred mission depends on it.
