Well since your birthdate is 10/27 then the reason you keep seeing those numbers is likely connected to your birthday in some way. I was born on 6/23 and I see 6:23 all the time...usually at least once per day.

What I would suggest is to pay very close attention to what you are thinking and feeling at the moment you see the numbers. Then write it down if you can and have a look at the end of the week to see what the pattern is.

Just for interest's sake, in the book you must divide the numbers up as 102/7 since the numbers only go to 999.

I would say that based on the 1's and 0's, you are getting a message about aligning your thoughts. Keep them positive since they very obviously affect your actions. This will bring you the peace you may feel you are lacking.

0 represents the number of God in my readings and 1 is the number of self. So to further expand on what I said, it would be about aligning yourself with your highest thoughts which will then create your highest manifestations. Recognize that you're walking on the boundary of transformation or destruction based on your thoughts. In other words, think positively!!

Your numbers indicate positive thinking as well. 1's are typically about manifestation. If you're seeing lots of 1's then it might mean that the suggestion is that you re-direct your thoughts to more positive thinking. A 9 is about completion of a cycle so perhaps that would indicate that through the use of higher thinking you will be able to wrap up some issues or a cycle that has reached its end.

the positive thinking is spot on, I began focusing on that in earnest over the summer when I started reading You Can Heal Your Life, these last few months (when the 11:11 started) I had lost my way as I began working to change my life and my current relationship imploded, I've been packing and trying to get my little daughter out of here as smoothly as possible so positive thinking was stuffed to the back.

What do repeating numbers mean? I see this every day, several times per day. It doesn't really matter what numbers (though I see 00:00 or 10:00 A LOT [but I already know what this means hehe... Thank you, Love!!], also 11:11 and 22:22 [my lifepath number is 11]; but it can be anything, like 13:13, 20:20, stuff like that, anything with a pattern that repeats itself). What could it be? I have been thinking lately about the patterns in my life and I feel that somehow there is a connection and everything has been preparing me for what is happening to me now (huge changes, not easy to deal with). Could this be it or is it more? I see this really frequently, almost every time I check the clock... Most of the times I am thinking about the new guy in my life or my life purpose.

I think you're on the right track. I think that when you see anything repeating, it's a message from the universe/yourself to notice the patterns of your own life!

jupitersgirl ~ 547 is a message of support in regrds to the changes you're making in your life and perhaps the 1318 could be about being assisted in terms of any finincial changes/risks you may be thinking of...although I am not as sure of 1318. However, if you add up all the numbers 1+3+1+8 = 13 = 4. 4 is, in fact, a number of stability and balance.
