Strong like water, not like rockBreathe in light, exhale dust ........ I find humming/singing various pitches to be one of the most therapeutic form of meditation. Try experimenting and see what comes out. You'll sound like a buddhist monk in no time.

Nice.I saw in one of your posts the other day an alternate way of spelling 'Namaste.' It was 'Namus dei' I think. I thought it was cool for what it said it meant, but when I looked up that phrase it was associated with 'Namaste.' Any story there? IP: Logged |

When I think of Affirmations, I think of Stuart Wilde. You might like him, AG. He has a book called 'Affirmations' actually. It's a good one. IP: Logged |

To make every little thing special is to grant a magical quality to your life. Once your life becomes charmed in such a way, whatever blocks you may have experienced in the past melt in the light of that inner energy pouring from your heart. From a businessman’s point of view, this is beautiful, for everything you touch turns to gold. Further, it helps you to believe in yourself. In seeing worth all around, you make your every act an affirmation of your strength.~from The Trick to Money Is Having Some!, by Stuart Wilde ...another good book. IP: Logged |

another favorite person of mine:Prayers and Affirmations from the Writings of Paramahansa Yogananda "I am submerged in eternal light. It permeates every particle of my being. I am living in that light. The Divine Spirit fills me within and without." "God is within and around me, protecting me; so I will banish the fear that shuts out His guiding light." "Perfect Father, Thy light is flowing through Christ, through the saints of all religions, through the masters of India, and through me. This divine light is present in all my body parts. I am well." "I know that God’s power is limitless; and as I am made in His image, I, too, have the strength to overcome all obstacles." http://www.yogananda-srf.org/index_sitemap.html

My room has lost its mirrors.I can now be who I truly am if I no longer glance at the 'reality' of myself. (F*** all outside ... and let your spirit shine.)

Nice link Aselzion! I want to compile the ones I like into a powerpoint presentation for myself, so I can easily and effortlessly take some time every day reminding myself of things I need to keep in mind. Even at work I'll be able to sneak in viewings. IP: Logged |

Im free and i can fly, and there is no obsticles in anything I choose/decide/wish for )I do not have to get up now and do anything, I can let it go.... I love my son, his smile make me warm Some of my meditiations on capturing my thoughts one by one, loosing myself in it, almost like Im their and my own guardian,. Then suddenly a point of total bliss comes where my head is not busy anymore Also, like a game, in everything you see or incounter, try to find/imagine/focuse the opposite. This stragedy helps to watch your thoughts
before and after sleep : light coming into you ))) - most known. I aslo see it bringing me to the sky on the pink cloud where I meet some very Kind person and he walks me up the stairs up up up...... ..., sorry folks, do not laugh ok? )) And final, my fav., try everyday to notice /see something new in the same room, office, road, friends house and yourself... Miracles do happen )))

brother Lei This is one of my favorites~

cooky as it sounds-Oh well sh1t happens. That helps me let go of worries of the moment. I have no control over others, but I have control over my own actions & attitudes. It helps me calm down quite a bit. ------------------ "When the student is ready the teacher will appear" IP: Logged |
