Reading About Sergey Radonezsky I came across to an interesting passage in this book :"Sergey was follower of ishiasm spiritual practice... Ishiasm - total state of serenity of all your senses, calm state of your inner ocean... It comes originally from greek word and translates "no expressing". Mystics in East follow the ishiasm to study the divine energy... Also, in N.T, the light which comes to Jesus on the mountain Favor, is that light beam of devine energy, which is, according to the followers of ishiasm, possible to encounter thru its study... There are different methods of ishiasm developed and followed in the christian monasteries, such as holding the breath, "pose of rider", chanting...." how did you guessed the right spell???I could not figure this one out...
How are you???hope your flying your kite...I flew mine today: went to bondi , i have not been there for long time, sat down in cafe where people pass to say hello to each other and saw so many of my old firends, people I used to see in that cafe often before... such a warm atmosphere... was so nice.. and my "heart" kite flew ome more time  ))) ------------------
