When we are small children many of us learn that Heaven is up and Hell is down, we often point in either direction when referring to them.

Now that I'm older and a "bit" wiser and have come to understand about vibrations, I believe this simple belief is indeed quite factual.

The higher our vibrational frequency, the closer to Enlightenment and therefore "God", I use God in a very broad sense here...

The lower we vibrate, the closer we are to heavy, negative thought patterns and base behaviorisms.

Yes, totally! I just thought of another meaning. What if it was a programmed truth in our existance? If Heaven is "out there" or "up" then, that is out of this world (no, I don't mean aliens!) but Hell, being down here, means the Earth. This might sound crazy, but if you read Ishmael, it makes a lot of sense. I don't mean Earth is evil, but our programmed response to it is. When we started on our road to World domination, we actively chose to view the world as Hell in order to further our excuse of dominating it. If we lived in Heaven, then we would not need to dominate it. We would be happy with our lives. As it is, this principle is flipped. To turn Earth back into Heaven, we need to relinquish our domination. "Hear the Earth Tear"! Easier said than done. By sayin Earth is out there also gives us hope that once we're done with it, we will have somewhere else that isn't ruined to look forward to.

Wow! you really gave me some food for thought...
I've often thought of Earth as Hell, I wonder why compassionate souls, who can't imagine harming or maiming others have to share this planet with truly Evil souls.
I wonder if we are all fallen angels, or if some of us came here to save the fallen?
Maybe we are all angels, and the ones who are so filled with world domination are fighting the good that exsists somewhere inside of them, Maybe I'm just very naive! LOL
