TIME!

Read about vertical time, time you spend within yourself, and horisontal where your outside...

Also talking recently to someone who mentioned that what people understand of time is nothing but psychological illusion, and even related it to our thoughts, words etc.

waste psychological time leads to the waste of what we understand as a watch time?

Im novel to these concepts, would love to know opinions of others...
