You are locked in the sixth chakra, when you fear. What is fear? It is not fear of the unknown, but actually the fear of realizing our unlimitedness. Peter, walking on water and then drowning. Also I think how we respond during danger tells a lot about our development of this chakra. Some take the flight and some fight when in danger.

You are locked in the fifth chakra when you constantly worry. You always seem confused about your decisions.

You are locked in the fourth chakra, when you seek attention. Love is lacking in your life and whoever gives you love, they are God to you.

Seven demons to me represents the bad frequencies of the seven chakras. Jesus may have had the awesome ability to flush out bad energies within her or anybody else for that matter.

Now moving on to the others.

The third chakra (the throat chakra).

You know you are locked in the third chakra when you always compare yourself to others.
You are jealous of others. You compare your house with that of your neighbors. You compare your beauty, wisdom, money with others.

The second chakra (or the brow chakra):
You know you are locked in the second chakra when you are always serious. What is seriousness? Its paying undue importance to something at the cost of everything else.
You know you are locked in the second chakra when you are serious and afraid to make mistakes. It stems from our inability to see that all of life is just a joke. It also stems from overexpectation from life.

You know you are locked in the second chakra when you are like the owner of a house with 10 rooms and you have never even visited 5 of those rooms ever.
Seriousness kills spontaneity and creativity.

You know you are locked in the second chakra when you are locked in ego and somebody from the egoless state attracts you. Someone like prophets and masters.

The first chakra (or the crown chakra):

You know you are locked in the first chakra when you are always discontent.

A man went to a famous King. He wanted to request the king to give him some land to build a shrine. The king was known to not have turned away anyone who asked for help. When the man reached the palace, the King was offering his prayers to God. So the man waited outside the prayer hall with the others. When the king came out, everybody made their requests and received help from the King.Only this man turned away without asking for anything. The king spotted him and asked Why?
"Your Majesty, when I was waiting outside, I heard you pray to God. You had a long list of requests! I felt as if you were even poorer than me. I thought that if I anyway have to beg, why beg from another beggar? Why not directly approach God, who provides for you and me and all human beings?"

I think I'm locked in my second chakra. People always tell me to "lighten up!" My bro's always like, "Dude, c'mon... don't take things so seriously! What is wrong witchu???" You get the idea... And I thought it's because of my Saturn in the 8th House... really such a party pooper *sigh*

When we utter the word Mmmmmmm with closed mouth, as loudly and as long, and as deep we can experience that energy with in us. Allow your body to sway if it wants to.

I can't create a thread on how to unlock our locked states without exercises such as above. One way to test that you are not locked in to this chakra is to ask your self "Do you love others selflessly?"

The other option is to take the help of Masters.

Heres how I have heard Masters describing their experiences on working with the chakra of their students.

People with bad seventh chakra is the most difficult to work on. The Master has to use the equivalent of a axe used to cut wood.

When you are little higher the Master has to use the equivalent of a knife to work on you.

When all of your chakras are working efficiently, and the crown chakra is blocked, the Master appears like a fragrance to you. Smell him, be aware and allow him to transform you.

Is the Master on call? Hahaha....When you are ready the Master would appear. Perhaps there are dreams that you are still mystefied about? Perhaps you are drawn to certain places more than others?

Just be alert and awake (meaning try to always act from a place beyond the consciousness) and let your life roll.

Please don't feel dejected about the brow chakra.

By a little higher I meant from the sevent chakra and going up to the sixth....Its just a language for illustration purpose. There is no lower or higher in reality.
Everything must work in harmony.

I will share some more on each chakra in the future.

Chakra Two:
Water, Emotional identity, oriented to self-gratification
The second chakra, located in the abdomen, lower back, and sexual organs, is related to the element water, and to emotions and sexuality. It connects us to others through feeling, desire, sensation, and movement. Ideally this chakra brings us fluidity and grace, depth of feeling, sexual fulfillment, and the ability to accept change.

Chakra Three:
Fire, Ego identity, oriented to self-definition

Seems I need to really work on the root and some other things need improving otherwise my chakras are fairly open.

1 - Root chakra

If you tend to be fearful or nervous, your Root chakra is probably under-active. You'd easily feel unwelcome.

If this chakra is over-active, you may be very materialistic and greedy. You're probably obsessed with being secure and resist change.

2 - Sacral chakra
The Sacral chakra is about feeling and sexuality. When it is open, your feelings flow freely, and are expressed without you being over-emotional. You are open to intimacy and you can be passionate and lively. You have no problems dealing with your sexuality.

If you tend to be stiff and unemotional or have a "poker face," the Sacral chakra is under-active. You're not very open to people.

If this chakra is over-active, you tend to be emotional all the time. You'll feel emotionally attached to people and you can be very sexual.

3 - Navel chakra
The Navel chakra is about asserting yourself in a group. When it is open, you feel in control and you have sufficient self esteem.

When the Navel chakra is under-active, you tend to be passive and indecisive. You're probably timid and don't get what you want.

4 - Heart chakra

6 - Third Eye chakra
The Third Eye chakra is about insight and visualization. When it is open, you have a good intuition. You may tend to fantasize.

If it is under-active, you're not very good at thinking for yourself, and you may tend to rely on authorities. You may be rigid in your thinking, relying on beliefs too much. You might even get confused easily.

If this chakra is over-active, you may live in a world of fantasy too much. In excessive cases halucinations are possible.

7 - Crown chakra
The Crown chakra is about wisdom and being one with the world. When this chakra is open, you are unprejudiced and quite aware of the world and yourself.

Cool test. Makes sense to me for the most part.

Root: under-active (-6%)
I can't really relate to feeling fearful and unwelcome but I am definitely disconnected from my roots

Sacral: open (56%)

Navel: open (63%)

Heart: under-active (13%)

Throat: over-active (81%)
I don't necessarily agree that I am a bad listener although often I feel that after a few first sentences I know what else the person is going to say and my attention wanders. Also, in my office I am famous for my ability to "tune people out" when I am busy
