There is Scientific-researching centre
“State Oceanarium of Ministry of Defense
and National Academy of science of Ukraine”
in Crimea in Ukraine (in Sevastopol).
Svetlana Kasyanovna Matisheva has worked there during 35 years. She is an Associate Member of an Academy of energetic-informational sciences.

Images of cooperation between dolphins and man are especially favourable.
Ancestors of modern dolphins passed to life in water more than 70 million years ago. During this time cetaceans adapted to constant stay in water that is why their appearance became perfectly unlike to usual ground mammals and they are more likely big fishes. Such change was accompanied by deep reconstruction of an organism.
There were submitted forty photos by the American scientists in a showroom of the New York museum made from the computer screen which reflected stage-by-stage regeneration of a man to a dolphin in case if people would move to live in ocean completely, that is to say, have changed an inhabitancy. The information about dolphins was not pawned in the computer, that is, the machine did not have any information about their existence. Therefore the result of calculations was stunning when the PC has given out not only external shape of this mammal and viviparous creature, but also other physiological characteristics nowadays existing dolphins.
There is L.Krushinskiy's special technique for an estimation of rational elementary activity of animals, which allows to compare opportunities of solving logic test tasks of a child of a man (in the age of 5 years) and of a dolphin’s young ones. Dolphins solve tests so easily in compare with a child that this fact might become criterion for the definition of their intelligence.
Dolphins are named a sea civilization.
Dolphins have telepathic abilities. During many years of work in the Sevastopol Oceanarium we have faced with the facts when trained dolphin repeatedly carried out the commands sent by the trainer telepathically.
The average frequency of biovibration of the earth man is 56 cycles per second.
Vibration of the Earth is 50 cycles per second.
During magneto-therapy biovibrations from 50 up to 1000 cycles per second are used.
Dolphins have biovibration within the limits of 1650 cycles per second. The dolphin which is shut up has the highest vibrations that mean that he is above the average persons on the mental organization in 25 times.
A dolphin treats from various psychosomatic disorders: stutters, uracrasia, various phobias, a children's cerebral paralysis. Treatment from autism (i.e. draw into oneself) is especially effective. Approximately 80 % of children recover from autism fully.

They are mammals, but not fishes; their brain is divided into two parts and functions on all of 100 %. One half of their brain sleeps and the second one is awake during dream alternately. But only one half of human brain works at any time, the second part is closed. The active part of our brain is involved on 5-10 %. So from the dolphins’ point of view we not only sleep all the time, but we are just in unconscious state all the time.
