We see that you are adopting new ways of thinking and feeling. We know you are opening your hearts to more and more love each day. Your joy is our joy! It is easy to love to the sweet child, the caring parent, the loving spouse, the wonderful friend, the helpful employee at the bank, the cooperative co-worker....and it's becoming easier to reach out to the gentle person who is hurting, the gentle person who has less than you, and you find yourself including those less fortunate than yourself in your prayers along with the ones you love and cherish so dearly.

Yet we still hear your cries of distress. Not everyone in your world is easy to love, not everyone is gentle and easy to extend your blessing to. Perhaps there are those you still hold hostage in your heart; you hold a grudge against someone or you feel unkind feelings toward another, or you seek an unspoken revenge because at some point in the past, this person or persons hurt you or a loved one in some way. The pain is still there inside, even if the person is gone. It does not matter who that person is, it could be a parent, a sibling, a former spouse or lover, a one-time best friend, or a business associate--it matters not who--it matters only the feeling you still hold in your soul. Those feelings are like heavy unwanted baggage.

Unforgiveness of any measure hurts only the one who holds unforgiveness in the heart. Unforgiveness can decay the soul and form a firm sturdy wall around your cherished dreams and desires. Can you look in your heart today and see any measure of unforgiveness?

It is time to release the hostages of your unforgiveness. The Eternal Fountain of Forgiveness is embedded in your DNA and only you can make the choice to activate this fountain of forgiveness and it's amazing grace. Breathe in this beautiful energy and on the out breath release in love those persons who you have been holding hostage. With each released hostage affirm 'I release you now, you can no longer hurt me, you are free!' Watch them float away in a purple bubble of forgiveness. You set the hostage free, but in reality you have freed yourself.

With each affirmation of release, you can see your being filled with the healing water of forgiveness from this beautiful fountain. With each in breath you feel lighter and more free. Allow tears to flow if they need to, no need to choke them back. The scars are healed, regeneration on all levels of your being begins at once. The hurt and pain is gone forever.

The Fountain of Forgiveness is available to you whenever you need it. You can keep the healing waters of foregiveness flowing at all times. Now you are free to ascend in joy. Know that we are here to assist you in difficult release situations. Just ask one of us. We will come to you swiftly. Know you are loved and All is Well.

Verse 7

Thus it is with The One, The Father-Mother in whom there is neither man nor woman and yet con-tains both of them; and each of them is individually threefold, and all are one in the hidden unity.

Verse 8

Be not astonished by this for as it is above so it is also below, and as it is below so it is also above, and that which is on earth is thus, because thus it is in Heaven.
