Hello, everybody!I am new to the meditation thing, but I really want to give it my best try. I'd also like to see my past lives... any way I can do this through meditation? Could you please give me some advice about this? What to do, how to do it, what I'm supposed to feel? A few times I came to experience a state of relaxation similar to the one before you go into sleep, but something stops me from going further (I do admit that I am still somewhat skeptical and afraid of this experience). Please excuse my ignorance. But I am willing to learn and be guided. Can you help me? IP: Logged |

Hi izodesmozina!I would say, it is very much connected to your desire, to want to SEE and HEAR...and this true desire, through prayer and meditation, will lead you to See, naturally....ask God questions, they will be answered, just do not be surprised how they are answered, for it could even be on a bumper sticker, 3 days later, after asking the question, but, when you see the answer, it will click with you...
this is like practice, tuning in God and the Universe...naturally your ability will increase, and you may have visions.... if you have any fear, then this will stop
the process, and could let negative entities in....
Be positive, thank God for encasing you in a protective bubble of LOve and Light, and just
KNOW, that you are indeed, PrOtected. ... LOts of LOve to ALL... . IP: Logged |

Thank you, Lotus, for your answer!
I know I shouldn't expect answers in a very concrete form, I just hope I will be able to see the signs and interpret them correctly. I hope I will get better with this with practice. I had a few flashes - what does it mean if you see it in flashes? I am still a little bit tense, I guess, I can't relax completely at all times. Any advice on what to do about that?

izodesmozina, you're welcome!  Flashes/fragments, pieces, this is good stuff..they come naturally, and with time
can be watched in a whole vision...Nature
is a wonderful place to tune in, because
plants and animals will converse also....
even bugs, are buzzing about something, hehe the signs, you will get them more than once
each one will click with you more, so there
are affirmations, so you can come to know...
okay I've seen the answer 3 times, I can believe it now...it's a feeling you will have, like excitement, a good feeling! All by just asking questions to God, they are
