Increased wind and water storms-beyond our "control", getting us 'real'? I think mom's done reminding & warning us! She is going to give us some hand's on experiences, methinks. Someone told me that Hurricane's Katrina and Rita pounded into and occured on the Pluto line to the west of the
mississippi river and that a few more like them will help split the USA down the middle!
Anybody's input?

Do you understand the degree of what you just said? Is this a joke? How long before I have to move out of the USA?

Hear the Earth tear? Hear the tears? Tear the Heart? I love the Pearl Jam quote "Trying to shake the cancer off, stupid human beings..." Kay sera, what will be will be, the future's not ours to see. We are creating this reality. Whether you're here for the show or the pre-show snacks, it was your decision. I don't believe anything truly dire will happen. We will have eventful situations, but really, which decade hasn't? Just spread the love and see where that gets you. I'm sure you'll be happier in any event instead of spreading fear (which I'm sure was not the intention of this thread, but I'm wondering about that "Inconvenient Truth" movie).

this thread was not to scare! just to share the idea of who is really in charge! LOL..i feel everyone should use common sense, be prepared for emergency weather situations to the best of their ability, and go on enjoying life. To realize we are each connected to everyone and everything else and that we DO make big differences by our choices is mandatory. metaphor: 7 people get in an elevator, no one really knows the other, they all avoid eye contact and interaction. The elevator stops between floors. The emergency phone does not work and the lights flicker on and off then stay very dimly lit. Most of the cell phones cannot get a signal. The one that does calls 911 and is told that due to an emergency situation, it may be 6 or more hours before anyone can respond. The emergency operator tells them to do what they can to help themselves. The cell phone loses its signal. The passengers realize they are all "in it" together-
We are all on the Earth ship together, we can only control our own reactions and actions..I do not think we are DOOMED! However we will, I think, need to make major readjustments in living styles and our ideas about what we really need to live-
also, i do not think the division of the US along the Pluto line will occur AT ONCE! R-R-R-I-I-PPP!!
