well, its happening a lot in my life, that's why. i guess i'll post my original question here:do you feel like your friends are always trying to control you? dominate you? overstepping their bounds with you? taking you for granted?

Yes I have had friends like that in my life. A few. Mostly it is the taking me for granted thing that I have experienced with these friends. My sun is square pluto 2 degrees. IP: Logged |

I've had this struggle recently.Look for Scorpio, Pluto in 7th, 11th, 12th house afflictions. Venus sq. Pluto. In fact any afflictions or hard aspects that you may think is the culprit of control freaks!
Also, Natal & Transit wise,
Pluto crossing your DSC(7th) notes other people controlling your circumstances, situations, and yourself. Hope this helps IP: Logged |

Ughmy friends can be manipulative son of a guns sometimes. I often have to set them straight and storm out, and strip away my resources because they make me sick often. It's awkward because amongst my circle I'm like the life force or the one who brings everyone together...so when they decide to turn the tables and try and control, manipulate, or put pressure on me, Look Out! They forget my personal power sometimes. I have a lot of patience but they tempt me to explode some Pluto energy allover their faces. And when I do, everyone feels bad and doesn't talk for a long time. And apologizes up the wall...but they *never seem to learn*. They do the same thing over and over again. *sigh* I really need new friends..
I have Scorpio on the 11th house, with Pluto in the 11th conjunct Sun. My Venus is there too. I do have some easygoing, nice, harmonious friends but many also have a shadow side that I cannot stand.

ok, pluto aspects seem to be a recurring theme.what i have discovered, is that i have two extremes....either i let people get away with anything....but then the resentment keeps brewing inside....or i explode and lash out against them..... I need to find the balance. May be I am not being forceful enough. I am not owning my pluto, and so end up projecting it. I need to come across as who I really am. I am no wallflower. Uh..I guess, its we who are dishonest with them and they with us. How often we lie to them when it comes to our spouse, or boy/girl friends. Are we so close to our friends that we can share anything and everything? Unless that happens we really cannot call them our friends.
