A friend gave me one for my 30th birthday (April 13th). It's a real tiny gold heart charm on a red thread-like string. You can put it on as a necklace or double it up as a bracelet, which is what I did.

You're supposed to pray for something you really want and put it on, and when it falls off, your wish is about to come true. Very similar to the Kabbalah bracelet concept.

Anyhow, I put it on May 13 I believe... and yesterday I was meaning to pull my hair tie off my wrist to tie up my hair, but I accidentally yanked on the bracelet and it came off. Just broke and that was that.

I was torn b/c I pulled it off myself, and wondered if I should say a prayer and put it back on... but then I thought if I did that I might be QUESTIONING things and thus stating to the Universe that I don't trust it. I mean, after all it did come off in it's own time and it's own way... and there would always be SOME trigger that prompts it breaking off.

The thing I wished for was on my mind at the precise moment the bracelet came off.

Does anyone have any thoughts on this? I know it might be a silly question... but opinions would be great!!!

Scarlett

Thanks, Brightstar.

So does this mean you think I should leave the bracelet off and assume that my wish is about to come true?
