I don't know if this is the right board to post this, but once in awhile when I think of something happening, it does and within in secs. It doesn't happen all the time, but when it does happen I write it off. But as soon as it happens I start laughing hysterically. How do I distinguish between it being just a thought vs "a knowing".

Dear Kay Libra, I have always heard that a true knowing or truth signals itself by a feeling or glow in the solar plexis or heart area. You see, your heart knows what's true more so than the mind which can often second guess itself. I could be wrong but I believe this is what Linda Goodman herself has taught as well as other enlightened souls.
