Ok, so I have been reading quiet a bit about ways to find out about past lifes, it is also a big topic in here since there are a couple threads on this; so it is obviously not just me wondering.Anyway... I have felt drawn to candle gazing as a method of self-hypnosis and there are quiet a few sites that have gave me interesting tips and issues to consider so I can succeed and have a smooth experience with nothing going wrong.
I haven't quiet try this yet but in my search for authentism and safety I was wondering if not only we can tap into past life regressions but "this life" as well, things or situations were we might have done something wrong to other people and we have forgotten about it, it seems to me if I can go under and while under hypnosis I can remember something my mind have forgotten I will be able to validate it because once in a concious state I will remember if in deed it happen and maybe even mend this problem this life time.
Of course (skeptical me) this is from the point of view that all this really exists and this is not a trick of our imaginations.
(sorry I had to say that  ) So, what do you guys think?
this life regressions?
can we fix this lifes wrong doings?
can we remember who we did wrong to and fix it?

O, my....Once, I placed a candle infront of a mirror in a dark room and gazed into my own eyes, my refelction, kind of put my eyes out of focus and nearly fell over... What I saw staring back at me was a very weathered man, from the desert, like maybe the northern African desert...head wrapped in a turban....sad old brown eyes... All I did was ask "show me, me in one of my past lives...." Scared me and I have not done it since, tho I see the potential... IP: Logged |

for sure you can regress into this life to solve issues... unfortunetly in this lifetime we generate a lot more karma than we have come to resolve, so i believe this life or past life... it can be fully done through hypnosis... however i am not sure if self hypnosis is the best way to go as one may require guidance if the event is painful or complicated.. i personally use a hypnotherapist..and it has worked wonders for me!!! i agree with Gaya 100%!
a friend and i have previously attended workshops teaching hypnosis for regression as healing.it is very dangerous to make a go of this alone. i never even heard of past life regression via 'candle gazing' before today, lol! i like the interest in regression of this physical life. because that's exactly what it is at the beginning of the process. good ideas, nice subject.
