The knight templars were not underground once upon a time. They protected people who used to travel to the holy land i.e Israel. Appears they had in possession something very invaluable. May be treasures of King Solomon or perhaps the cup that Jesus used for the last supper. No one knows till this date. They vowed to live a life of poverty , yet they had an invaluable source of wealth. I think there headquarters were in Paris. The king of france somewhere in the year 1200-1300 decided to go against them and wipe out his own debts. That was a massive loss for the knight templars.

The king tortured them and made them plea guilty to crimes they didn't commit. Sure the KTs rituals were bizzarre. They used to have a ritual with the skull (some believe it cud be that of John the Baptist). They believe in Sophia (wisdom) goddess. Hence u have that owl symbol there. I didn't read Dan Brown, but cud it be that the KTs were influenced by the gnostics? Did they revere Mary Magdalene?

Also the Pentagon symbol around the white house is incomplete. Its imagination of the people looking for meaning. Were the masons so dumb to leave it at that?

Since that wiping out of KTs from France incident, they went underground all over the world. Now the connection between Masons and Knight templars is unknown.

13 of 39 founding fathers of America were Masons. The first criteria of a person interested in joining the Mason club is a belief in God or supreme being. They do not give preference to any religions.

The eye there is not of Osiris. Its mean the all knowing eye or the eye of God. Nothing escapes her. I am not a Mason but if I got invited I wud certainly join them. Is it possible that some jerk has become a stone Mason and in possession of great secret and corrupting that society? Its possible. There are false people even in the Catholic churches. Or even the government. Politics always plays where there exists a society.

If I was in UK, then I wud, visit the Roslyn chapel in Scotland. Till this day no one is able to decipher the symbology there on one of the Knights chapel. Dan Brown says the body of Mary Magdalene is buried somewhere there. Some say all the treasures that were saved by fleeing KTs from france is buried there. Hmm now thats something worth chasing isn't it? Is it possible possible we may find clues to arc of the covenant, links to solomon temples, or even Jesus's chalace there. Is the world ready for deep mystical secrets? Until we have people like the king of France in this world. That day is far off.

May you find what you are looking for.. . but my advice don't look for key facts on the internet unless the source is trustworthy. Theres lot of bull$hit on the internet.

Sophia is an all powerfull goddess. She is mentioned quite often in the gnostic bible.

The egyptians too believed in a mysterious and all powerful goddess called Maat.
