I hear some of the most awful things on the news and wonder how people could do those things to other human beings.

But I think ( I hope ) those people are in the minority.

and the lies continue. the hatred mutliplies, and poisons everything. the Unseelie laughs.

and karma keeps on spinning.

until there is so much sadness that we can no longer see straight, and hearts clench tight with so much fear and sickness.

Please don't be sad. Life is a prayer and its laughing continuously. If it didn't life won't exist. If the world is sad, its better the world ends.

We can make a change and we must be the change. The process.

Life is good. People are beautiful, even the ones who are hurting and lash out at you. They don't know any better, and all you can do is to love them inspite of themselves.

What Melody and Amanda (GG) said was beautiful and true.

I am one of the worst offenders.
No doubt, BR, some of your sadness has been
at the sight of me and my "aggressiveness" here.
I can cop to it, and denounce it,
though I know I'll do it again,
and have to eat these words.
But thats okay.
I know I'm trying.
And no one is in a position to judge
the difficulty of my tests.
Just as I am in no position to judge another.

Its a strange magic...

When love is there, the only response is love;
anything else is just unthinkable.
However I may be provoked, whatever insult I may suffer,
my response is invariably understanding and sympathetic.

But when love is not there,
Oh - when love is not there, -
I will find any manner of excuse
to justify my sharp tongue.
And "the devil" is ready at my side,
feeding me ammunition;
I can be prolific in my assault.
Ironies are easy to see and insults are effortless.
I win every battle I take up,
but its always a hollow victory.

To catch ourselves.... To hold back.
Its a practice, a habit, and a high vocation.
We must prepare for it in times of peace,
if we are to be ready when troubles come.
