Greetings fellow knowflakes!this is my first topic in a very long time so bear with me if i ramble..
so i'm going through a very transitional time in my life, lots of changes, most of them seemingly unpleasant but i guess also necessary. i feel i've sort of lost the deep connection i used to have with my spiritual s-elf and am trying to reconnect so to speak. i'm also going through some heavy duty karma which i'm sure a lot of you can relate to and am trying to have 'grace under pressure' which incidentally is the advice for people born under the compound number 29 like me.
of course i realised in order to calm myself down, i need to start meditating again (which i had stopped owing to some very unpleasant experiences with my meditation teacher that left me feeling betrayed).
ive also had dreams which have signalled the use of black magic against me, dreams which i always get when such a thing happens and i also know the people who are doing this (god bless them and let them forgive me for whatever i did to them in whatever lifetime).
now i'm used to getting visions,prompts and such from my higher s-elf but this is the first time the vision involved details and instruction on a specific meditation (ritual?)..it goes like this:
i am to form a triangle with three candles, then form a circle around the triangle with salt and then place three glasses of water outside the circle next to the candles. this is supposed to represent the unity of the four elements (fire,earth,air,water) and i'm supposed to sit and meditate inside the triangle.
now i decided to do this on the day of the new moon and at first it seemed like i din know what i was doing but soon i felt myself drift off into a deeper level of meditation and it was sooo beautiful!! i kept on seeking guidance and forgiveness and soon i was filled with this sense of connection and Oneness with everything..it was like i could feel the earth vibrating..the air vibrating.. everything vibrating on one frequency...the intensity didnt stay for long largely owing to the fact that i was getting shooting pains in my leg (i sprained my right ankle badly) but it felt incredible!
it felt like i had the power to achieve anything i wanted..to make all my dreams come true!
so the following day i did it again..and it was just as amazing..inside the circle i felt protected and oddly for some reason i felt like i was casting out some evil..
also after finishing the mediation i was prompted to drink the glasses of water..i don know why though..
now my question to you knowlflakes is..do any of you know the basis of this meditation? when i first got the vision it seemed a lil wiccan to me but then i don know nething abt that (except for what i saw in buffy and charmed  ) so any ideas? any input? any additions?please feel free! peace n love

I don't know much about spiritulism so I will suggest that you look for some spiritual teacher. Iqhunk advised me and I have found one.

thanx for your feedback sameersadiq!but i'm a little confused. wat do you mean by a spiritual teacher? my gurus? i havent met any of them yet..but i still believe in wat linda reminded us..when the student is ready the teacher will appear.. peace n love

Whatever relegion you follow. There are spiritual teachers who had natural talents by birth and then went through different exercises under the guidence of a teacher to develop this talent. ((when the student is ready the teacher will appear))
Yes, now as you are ready, you would look for a teacher and you will find a teacher. If you are interested I can discuss your case with my spiritual teacher (infact he is a friend of many years).

I discussed it with my friend. He has asked, how often you do this meditation? You should meditate regularly.
We are all made up of those four elements you mentioned (fire,earth,air,water). Continue your meditation with slight difference. Stop putting water in glasses outside the ring. Instead start visualizing the water inside your body [which is already inside your body in blood, your body cells and elsewhere].
Let us pray to Allah to bring you and your family good out of it.
